I see Halifax as a near-future boom town. I'm done with my land investments...well...maybe one more on that beach the ol' lady wants...but done for the most part anyway. No I wanna go see if I'm right about Halifax. My kids need to expand the family wealth and I have this feeling...

I'm looking for investment properties...not a place to lay my hat. Tweenkie money is still good and there's that added satisfaction of owning their home. Paying you monthly to reside in it. Meh...It would be a small thing but, I'd enjoy it.
