You've not been forgiven because you're still projecting and you're still living in denial.

But don't worry, pervert, there's still time for you to repent and leave the democrat party.

I will continue to pray for you.

I don't need your prayers cause Jesus was a Democrat, not an "every man for himself" Trumpublican.  Duh

Dickhed, the people “spoiling for a fight” were the insurrectionists who beat policemen in the head with fire extinguishers on Jan 6.

Really?

Sure, Dickhed, but I don't see any Democrats claiming that the people who did those things should not be prosecuted, or claiming that blatant acts of violence recorded on video didn't happen. See the difference? Pretty night and day. You support violent criminal behavior. Our side does not.

10,000 were arrested from behavior related to BLM protests. Is CNN saying that they should all be released, or that those crimes didn't happen?  300 faced Federal charges

"every man for himself" is a lie about Republicans spun by Satan himself.

Republicans are highly giving; so are the democrats, but with other people's money. ;)

No, Jesus inspires people to be givers, not takers  - that is the Republican way.

Satan inspires people to be takers, not givers - that is the democrat way.

GA judicial system is going to be purged of woke filth. I'm excited for this; how about you?

Is that your diagnosis, Dr. Stupid?

Of course no ETHICAL DOCTOR would diagnose a patient without an examination.

But you're neither ethical nor a doctor. ?

Republicans didn't get wealthy by giving.

Their primary motive for government is CUT THEIR GIVING. AKA, taxes. Duh

That's why Trump signed the largest tax cut in history which EXPLODED the DEBT by 25%.

Republicans get wealthy through hard work.

Their primary motive is to keep government from turning communist (something you would thoroughly enjoy, no doubt).

Republicans sign tax cuts because they understand the government is fat enough.

The rich pay enough in taxes. Only a ragged, sniveling, democrat doesn't understand this.

"In the charges brought against former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin on Friday, a new finding shows the county medical examiner concluded the death of George Floyd was not a result of asphyxia or strangulation.

An autopsy of Floyd was conducted Tuesday following his death on Monday after Chauvin restrained him for nearly nine minutes by pressing his knee on Floyd's neck.

The full report by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's office is pending but so far has found "no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation."

Floyd's underlying health conditions included coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease. The report says the underlying health conditions, combined with Chauvin's restraint and any possible intoxicants in Floyd's system, likely contributed to his death."

Floyd was autopsied twice. Both concluded homicide. His murderer was convicted and now sits in prison.

You can make any uninformed, irrelevant claims you like, but the facts is that Chauvin killed Floyd. You lying about it years later isn't going to rewrite history, nor will it free the murderer.

An eggshell skull defense never works to mitigate homicide charges.

Quote

The rule states that, in a tort case, the unexpected frailty of the injured person is not a valid defense to the seriousness of any injury caused to them.

Law[edit]

This rule holds that a tortfeasor is liable for all consequences resulting from their tortious (usually negligent) activities leading to an injury to another person, even if the victim suffers an unusually high level of damage (e.g. due to a pre-existing vulnerability or medical condition).[3]

From your cite:

Quote

The defendant had his knee on Mr. Floyd’s neck for 8 minutes and 46 seconds in total. Two minutes and 53 seconds of this was after Mr. Floyd was non-responsive. Police are trained that this type of restraint with a subject in a prone position is inherently dangerous.

Clearly the restraint was the cause of death whether it was classified as "asphyxia" or not, Dr. Stupid

Floyd was not choked to death. So what killed him then?

Lesson: don't do drugs, don't be a criminal and don't resist arrest.

For the cop this means jail time.

For you this means justification for you hatred.

For rational beings this means a cop is in jail because a dirt-bag resisted arrest.

As they say...just another brick in the wall...which is going to crash down on top of you soon.

Really? Are you sure the lesson isn't that it's wrong to kneel on someone  until they die, begging for mercy?

Floyd's underlying vulnerability doesn't make it any less murder. Murdering a weak or frail person is still murder. Chauvin killed him. And now he's rotting in prison for it, and your uninformed denials will not change the facts.

1. Bullshit. Link your source.

2. Raising taxes and running up debt isn't going to do it either.

3. Government expansion is where the fat is. We don't need a fat government; we need tax cuts, spending cuts and department cuts.

4. We all need to pay the same percentage. If you want more stuff, you pay more taxes. THAT is how it should be.

Not AT ALL. He is in jail for gross brutality and abuse of authority which resulted in a homicide.

Your own cite says the method he employed is INHERENTLY DANGEROUS.

A normal person does not resist arrest...is not passing counterfeit money and is not a hopeless drug addict.

Chauvin is in jail due to Tweenkie outrage. You sopping wet nerds needed a reason to "burn it all down". Frankly, I think Chauvin should be pardoned.
