To your first. One stop for amenities and entertainment, economic reasons, and a good way to get together with family at mom and dad's expense or vice versa.

To your last. We are, as Socrates would say, Bread and circuses.

Those characteristic in us are expressed as memories as we go through life.  We feed our reason for living, being to create memories, with cruises and other forms of travel.

Life is an accumulation of remembered events and a desire for more.

Our love of drama has us do many things.

War is the greatest drama we know. 

Wish we would replace it with something else.

With age, life is a distraction.
