If you’re straight, male and Christian, it’s a great deal.

The 14th Amendment doesn’t say you had to lead the insurrection. You only had to participate in it or given aid or comfort to its participants, and you have to be someone who previously took an oath to defend the US and its Constitution.   
 

You didn’t go to law school and you aren’t a judge. You just make stuff up.  But actual judges have convicted 900 people in federal court over the Jan 6 insurrection, including several who were convicted of seditious conspiracy. 
 

Of course, facts don’t matter to you, but I’ll try anyway. The Federal Law of seditious conspiracy says this:

”If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.”

Specific to the conviction:

”According to the evidence, in the months leading up to Jan. 6, the defendants and their co-conspirators plotted to oppose by force the lawful transfer of presidential power, including by amassing an armed “quick reaction force” on the outskirts of the District of Columbia.” 
 

That is to say, they were not convicted for merely opposing the government by force or delaying the execution of law.  They were convicted for their conspiracy to oppose by force the peaceful transfer of power. And Donald Trump also was part of this and the intended beneficiary of this.
