The second may not be. She says she's seen him discussing what appeared to be classified documents. But as to whether what happened is a crime, you'd have to have all the details. The best we can say right now is that based on her testimony it's deeply concerning and should be investigated. But again its worth noting she didn't "remember" this until she was paid to do so.
