Watch for this as the cold and calculating Putin cleans house. It's not going to be pretty

I suppose this is possible but, if you bother to find out why the Wagners did this, and how quickly it was turned around, you'd probably have to worry about a serious escalation by Russian forces in Ukraine.

Personally, I think Putin’s mismanaged his war from the beginning, and he would have been far better off siding with Wagner, who managed the most effective Russian fighting force in Ukraine.

When your all-star champion quarterback says he’ll quit if you don’t replace the constantly-failing Kicker, you don’t fire the QB and promote the Kicker.  Not if you want to win football games.

So from my perspective, this will harm Russia’s war effort in Ukraine, which is a good thing.

I am trying to understand, is that a good thing for you, as a leftist that Putin cleans house?!

As usual your overthinking again. Take a breath.

It's already been made clear by Prigozhin that he wasn't satisfied how this war was being fought. He's a nut and has skirted the idea of tactical nukes on Kyiv.

Its was turned around quickly because of a gross miscalculation in the part of Wagner.

And your statement of this causing an escalation in Ukraine by Russian troops baffles me?

So as I originally stated "watch for the night of the long Knives" See if you listen for just a moment you seem to understand

Prigozhin might be dealt with...but I doubt it. Not until this Ukraine thing is over anyway.

Fact is...Putin needs those troops and those troops are loyal to...Prigozhin.

Now...what Putin and Prigozhin agreed upon is another story. He's headed...apparently...to Bilarus (white Russia) as far as I can tell. If ya look on a map, you'll find that Bilarus is right above western Ukraine. Hmmm...

Makes me wonder...what's coming down from Bilarus? The hammer?

I have doubts about any loyalty by Wagner's troops to Prigozhin. They're mercenaries who will follow the paycheck. Most are former Russian soldiers anyway. I've heard conflicting opinions on another attack on Kyiv. The first one seeming to fail, but I still think there's a possibility that was a false front to soften the areas that Putin really wanted. Old equipment, poorly trained young low ranking troops sent off to be massacred.

Also it seems Putin's hands are full in the eastern regions of Ukraine. Pulling Wagner away from the east would give gains to Ukraine no doubt.

This is all potentially true. We will see.
