Also, in MOST of Florida, we don't have animals like this. Again, not sure how much more clear i can be. When you have limited resources.. you have to ration them out in some way. Most people (yes, I know that you are the exception) would rather see rape, murder, assault dealt with before shoplifting and vagrancy. The animals in Chicago know this. They know they will get away with it. And as a result, Walmart has taken a store away from a neighborhood where the predominately poor BLACK people kinda depended on it for saving money on basic items. So they'll spend more elsewhere, but HEY, AT LEAST RAPE VICTIMS ARE NOW SAFE, huh? A store calls about a shoplifter and the police GO TO THAT STORE AND MAKE AN ARREST. Put that animal behind bars. That's they way it is supposed to work. Personally, I wouldn't have any problem with Walmart hiring ARMED store security, to take those animals into custody by force. They need to allot more money to the police and in some alternate universe.. not put the police under the societal microscope. We in sparks, nevada have had one heck of a time recruiting new personnel into the police. Our quaint, mellow suburb of 85K is not crime ridden so why the problem? The folks will simply find another outlet for their retail needs errr.. shoplifting needs. A lot of retail outlets that are not wal-mart report higher amount of shoplifting.. it mostly comes down to stores not being able to really do anything other than call the police after the fact. But when it was reported they managed to do so without flagrantly reporting the colour of the person that told them and try to claim there was some connection to an organization representing that race.
