It means YOU ARBITRARILY REJECT FACTS which conflict with YOU EXISTING BIASES. The FACT that you're rejecting here is the CLEARLY WRITTEN documentation of the Presidential Records Act for which YOU HAVE NO REASON to reject. That makes YOU the IGNORANT DUMBASS. I know what that means, and trust me, I've never been clearer when dealing with a shill like you. I reject liars, and there are a shitload of liars on the Left, including you. I understand the Presidential Act, you don't. I understand what espionage is, and you don't. Trump isn't a spy and you think he is. This is why dumbasses like you should be relegated strictly to your living room televisions. Edited June 20, 2023 by Deluge Quote

First you say you understand the Presidential Act, even though it’s the Presidential Records Act, and no charges are filed under the PRA. Then, you say you know what espionage is. To be clear, I don’t give a shlt what espionage is. It doesn’t matter what espionage is. What matters is that the Espionage Act says. I read the Espionage Act, and it’s very clear that Trump violated it, and each violation carries a maximum sentence of 20 years. Quote @reason10: “Hitler had very little to do with the Holocaust.”

That's the difference between a paid lawyer, a PAID lawyer, and one that was court appointed for you. Anyone saying it's fact based and law based, are delusional at best. A boss lawyer will find a loop hole or a "this glove is too small"(OJ Simpson reference) technicality and win a case for their client. Trump has money and a legal team. He could literally delay this case for a very long time. What if he wins the presidency. What then? Quote

Probably to discourage shenanigans by Trump's legal team and maybe to regain her reputation that was destroyed by her previous rulings that were so laughable that they were trounced by the 11th appeals court saying there was no basis in the law for them. robosmith Posted June 23, 2023 Report Posted June 23, 2023 The GOP’s remarkable views of Trump’s classified documents Quote Multiple polls focused on the Trump classified documents case suggest that many, if not most, Republicans don’t particularly appreciate the potential gravity of the situation or its details. And it can’t simply be explained by mere partisanship. One of the inescapable facts of the situation is that Trump got himself in trouble not because he took the documents in the first place, but because he declined to return them. The indictment only charges conduct after the government subpoenaed Trump’s documents in May 2022. After that subpoena, Trump only returned some of his remaining classified documents before the FBI’s search of Mar-a-Lago turned up more. The Washington Post recapped how Trump’s fateful decision not to return the documents resulted from rejecting his lawyers’ advice. But despite it being readily apparent that Trump didn’t do what the government asked, a new YouGov poll shows Republicans, by and large, maintain that he did. It shows 53 percent say Trump ‘cooperated in returning documents,’ with just 15 percent saying he didn’t. Trumpers are easily confused by Trump's LIES. He DID return SOME of the documents and the MAGA CULT believes his LIES that he returned ALL of them. 1 Quote
