There’s nothing “really going on.” 
If you want to be “spiritual” about it, admit that Christ taught love, forgiveness and tolerance and he would support these people because his Father created them. 

These people are a small minority who are authentically living their lives.  The more the Right tries to oppress them, the louder they’ll get. 
 

I live in a suburban neighborhood and my kids went to elementary school with several kids who were being raised by two moms or two dads. Nobody treated them differently or specially and they didn’t do anything to stick out, cause all they want to do is raise their kids well and live like anybody else.

You don’t understand the distinction between sin and sinner.  Loving someone doesn’t always mean approving his or her behaviour.

The same sex parents you’re describing have their rights.  Move on.
