Did I predict a "red wave"? I don't think so, Pinocchio.

And what do you mean, 'No reason to believe ^this'?

Do you think anyone outside your li'l posse take you seriously? Who are you telling not to believe things? Is it a desperate attempt to "cancel" things you find...revealing about Libbies?

I tried to reason with all sorts of bots like you. But you wanted to play dirty. OK. In your arrogance you refused to consider the consequences of your actions.

Welcome...to the consequences.

You CERTAINLY implied that something MOMENTUS was going to happen on last November's election day, but it almost completely FIZZLED.

Otherwise your perpetual reference to the date was just your INSANE WISHFUL FANTASY.

I don't expect that you WILL EVER provide an alternative explanation that makes any sense.

And something "MOMENTUS" did. Pelosi lost her precious gavel and her subpoena power.

What alternative?

Tell ya what. You spend Christmas telling yourself the absence of a sweep in the mid-terms, was a victory. I'll gladly watch the air leak from your balloon by the end of January.

Have a Merry Christmas.

YOU do understand that censoring and banning for violation of the ToS is NOT because they are conservatives, don't you?

That is NOT blanket actions due to political partisanship, so there was NO PERJURY that could be proved.

Have you read the Twitter documents?

Ya...he can try to hide behind his old terms of service. But he already lied about it.

What seems beyond you is that it doesn't matter what political position a person has. Sensorship like this is wrong. Even you have the right to post your thoughts. And when the government and their agencies are directing social media to ban certain  thoughts...let alone facts...that's called what it sounds like. A conspiracy to effect not only public opinion...but the outcome of a Presidential Election.

And if I'm not mistaken...THAT is a crime.

Yeah, you predicted Republican victory.

You are mistaken, on multiple points.

I know this all feels new and fresh and exciting, but most of what it bouncing around the conservative echo chamber is based on misunderstanding and misinformation. It's like I said a few days ago, there is nothing in those "Twitter email dumps" that is even a little bit surprising, let alone damning. That's going to be conversation at any large organization, particularly at a public content platform that engages in moderation.

The laptop story was shut down for 1 day. Both in the documents- and as Taibbi's explicitly says in his commentary -there is no evidence of government involvement in the laptop story.  And literally any organization or individual with enough clout can reach out to Twitter's moderation team and ask them to look into something. As Taibbi notes, both campaigns made such requests. -- And FWIW, only Trump was "the government" at that time anyway.

There's a whole lot of nothing going on here. It's always possible that new information could change that, but today there just isn't anything here.

No evidence of government involvement? OK...you stick to that one and we'll see in the coming months.

Would you like to make up some evidence to discuss now? Otherwise what are we even talking about?

Is there some sort of credit system for outrage? -- "I wanna be angry about something today. I'll probably find some evidence to support my anger in the future."

You seem to be in quite a huff about this whole twitter thing. You're making a lot of accusations. But you don't seem to have any evidence to support either the huff or the claims.

Dude...the FBI, the CIA and DNI had regular meetings with the social media giants. Every government employee had a direct and private email account to email their "concerns" to. Turns out...all their "concerns" happened to be to shut down any and all posts that conflicted with the narrative being created.

All this is going to come out, whether CNN and the NYT like it or not. They lied, they cheated and now we have the evidence.

Regardless...Joe will have to muddle through his presidency...only because the next in line is a blithering fool.

But don't fool yourself. This is gonna get ugly and incredibly damning for the Democrats and the various bureaucracies.

Wow, I'm surprised you'd make such accusations against the Trump administration without evidence.

Or maybe musk you the files he didn't sent to Taibbi?

Taibbi tweeted "there’s no evidence — that I've seen" that the federal government had a role in suppressing the Hunter Biden laptop story, but that "the decision was made at the highest levels of the company, but without the knowledge of CEO Jack Dorsey, with former head of legal, policy and trust Vijaya Gadde playing a key role."

No one was expecting her to keep it. Hardly "momentous," enough to justify your continual childish gloating reference to that date.

No. They must not be very relevant given YOUR FAILURE TO QUOTE ANYTHING FROM THEM HERE.

"Sensorship" of criminal INCITEMENT of VIOLENCE is expected and NOT a crime in the US.

The way you've turned on Trump is really surprising, but good for you. Now just find the evidence to support your accusations against his administration.

The 2022 midterms were by any measure a Democrat victory. You simply need to compare these results to historical midterm results. The only better performance was Bush, and that was in the immediate aftermath of 9/11.

The GOP House majority is so slim that they STILL haven’t been able to pick a leader. The Democrats did, unanimously, by the way.  I don’t see how the House will pass any legislation unless moderate Republicans work with the Democrats.

I think the truth for the GOP is that they would be far better served if they gave up on their dingbat extremists and embraced moderates.  The heart of Republican politics is small, fiscally conservative government, although the last Republican President to actually adopt that was Herbert Hoover.  Eisenhower, Nixon, Reagan, Bush, Bush and Trump were all massive spenders.  Bill Clinton was the only true fiscal conservative President we’ve had in our lifetimes, and if he’d been an R, the GOP would adore him.

Yes, you keep alleging that officials from the Trump administration were coordinating with Twitter to suppress certain ideas.

I have no idea what you're talking about ^^here. That is exactly what you are alleging. Do YOU have a problem with your claims?
