There's nothing in Delaware that allows a state legislatures to override results if they "suspect" fraud. And that has nothing to do with voter ID either. We saw in the last election how Republicans were openly trying to "find" just enough votes to win, and spreading baseless accusations of voter fraud with no evidence to "justify" it.
