The Blue states yield considerable influence and power, eclipsing the red states.  The Blue states are where the money is at. I think the American forces would defend New York and California, long before any Midwestern state.

Far more states have more GOP control for governorships and legislatures...really bad slide started with Obama when 1000 federal and state seats were lost.

The West is prepare to go to war.  Incidentally, Alberta and Quebec have the highest gun ownership, but Trudeau only want to take away guns from Western provinces. This will be his undoing. 

Getting back on topic, Canada would almost certainly side with the people against Trump, if war ever occurred.

Biden actually cares about the people. Just like Obama, Bush, Clinton, Reagan, Carter, Kennedy, Johnson, and even Nixon did. Trump is the first US president in history to not give a shit about his constituents.

Canada was formed due to Union victory in 1865. There will be those that claim it was for OTHER reasons...but they are blind.

It had nothing to do with the Union victory during the civil war. The British would have fought with us, regardless if we were a country or not.  One can actually argue that it had more to do with Western expansion, and the desire to form provinces in Western Canada, British Columbia in particular.
