I find all attractive women to be attractive to a certain extent, but in the end I've only ever seriously dated North German Protestants and I married one as well.

I haven't even dated Catholics, even when I was growing up in Corso Italia, I sort of viewed the Eyetalian girls as being off limits, no Cakes allowed.

Orangemen don't marry Papists, where I come from at least.

I did date one French Canadian girl, but only over a summer, and she was a godless atheist.

I used to take Eyetalian girls out on dates, but just innocent, take them to a movie and get some takeout after.

I was an honorary Paisano.   I knew the Italian Way.   But I could never marry into a Famiglia,  I was the Germans.

Once I thought a Paisana was nice,  I would introduce her to one of my Amicos.   I nice Eyetalian guy,  I'd set them up, play matchmaker.

I would say at least 25% of Canadian are moderately racists, but the will never admit it.

If some actually far-right guys dated some girls of colour.... I think that would mellow them out.

So I don't see how that can be a bad thing.

Playing matchmaker is more fun. At least you accomplish something. I'm so burnt our when it comes to women. Everybody's walking on eggshells. Nothing is ever straight forward.

I met the girl of my dreams, love at first sight, saw her across the room, walked up and made my pitch,  happily married twenty years now.

With the Paisanos, I just wasn't going to put the moves on their sisters, not only because Corso Italia was tough, and mobbed up, but because I had respect for their famiglia.

Not my place, as a Mangiacake, to be getting it on with the Paisanas.

This was back in the day, late seventies/early eighties.    These were old school Paisanos.  Not even Americanized like Wise Guys, this was 'NDrangheta type mobbed up.

Then everybody was getting crushed under the weight of 20% mortgage rates in the 1980's as Paul Volcker led the Interest Rate War against the aforementioned inflation.

Then the stock market crashed in 1987, inciting a deep recession.

Can I ask you're thoughts on 9/11. Was it rogue terrorism or a coordinated inside job? There is one democratic candidate i'm paying attention too.

On Nine Eleven my wife and I were on our honeymoon, I was too stunned to take it in.

We just drove to Whistler and had our night together in the hot tub on the deck in the mountain air.

In terms of the engagement itself, James Bamford pretty much covers it.

It was AQ.  They came from Yemen, through Indonesia.

There's things that don't make sense a 47 story building collapsed, that no one talks about over 500 feet high. World Trade Center 7.

There was a small fire, and then it collapsed at free fall speed, with no lag on one side.

 

The strike at the pentagon was about 5 feet off the ground, and the plane was suppose to be going over 500 mph. How can an inexperience pilot make that kind of accuracy?

They haven't realized any security video footage of the crash, just 5 random frames from one security camera.

 

Businesses and hotels in the area, had there security footage confiscated within minutes.

After the first crash in the first tower, why were jets scrambled to intersect the other hijacked aircraft in the air?

 

I always thought it was an inside job, but I can't prove it.
