Well I liked his character, and he spoke in favor of fiscal responsibility. He was an oldschool progressive.

Regardless, you might note that attacking a parent for how their child turned out is always a clear indication that you were never a parent. People who have had children know that it is by the grace of God their kids turn out well. They would never tempt fate by criticizing others.

Ontario has ducked a communist bullet that Horwath would have shot at them. Thank gawd they did the right thing and voted for the conservatives and Ford. Let the attacks begin on Ford and the conservatives says the liberal left wing lying media.

I totally disagree. If a parent sets rules and boundaries, Teaches proper discipline and respect, makes sure they do their homework, or give them immediate consequences, make sure they are surrounded by good friends, and get some job experience. If they are robust and vigelent, and keep on track of their progress through their upbringing, they are going to have a successful kid. If they do the bare minimum, and expect their kid to have the best luck, then it's their own responsibility, for not putting enough effort into raising their child.

If I was a parent, I would have good friends, and experts mentor my child. I would find people smarter than myself to get involved in my child's life. I would have them volunteer for good organizations, that can bring them good life skills. I would not let them waste time on video games all day. I would make sure they are gaining and much positive experience as possible, so when they go out in the real world, they can handle it.

We're super lucky. Unlike Trump, Doug Ford is a real fiscal conservative. He is going to put all wasteful spending under a microscope. You probably won't find a more fiscally responsible politician in Canada for another generation. He's 1 in a 100. He will start working on Subways, open up the ring of fire, and get the economic engine of Ontario back. I wouldn't trade Trump for Doug. Doug is the best for Ontario's economy.

Again, that just shows you've never done it. You can do all those things and they could very well still wind up tattooing their face. That's why sometimes there are nice upstanding kids and dirty meth-heads in the same family.

Don't forget he said he had more respect for Bernie Sanders than Hillary. At one point he actually said he liked him. Maybe because Bernie was talking about the overcrowding of prisons and some real issues.

So true. There was not one liberal or NDP that I know of who even bothered to take in some of the homeless Canadians or any those so-called refugees into their homes. Those two fake and phony I give a chit party's preferred to force Canadians to do it all themselves. They accepted all the criminal illegals into Canada and yet did nothing for them except of course to hand over taxpayer's' tax dollars to help feed and clothe and house them all at the Canadian taxpayer's expense. Deplorable indeed.
