Bryan Posted July 4, 2016 Report Posted July 4, 2016 It doesn't matter if people choose to be gay or not. It only matters to regressive bastards who think that homosexuality is something that's disgusting and needs to be stamped out. They want to point the finger and blame gay people for not choosing to be straight. You never see anyone who subscribes to the choice theory chastising straight people for not choosing to be gay. The fact is some people choose and others don't and it doesn't matter one damn bit unless you're a knuckle-dragging neanderthal who is disgusted by same-sex couples. This certainly makes it clear why you think so ill of people who don't agree with your world view -- you're so full of narrow minded bigotry that you just naturally assume that others are operating in a similar fashion. I have zero tolerance for assholes who treat homosexuals like shit. That's true. If you want to spin that as bigotry, then fill your boots. I'll be sure to mention how bigoted you are when describing your disdain for ISIL's worldview or Nazi Germany's worldview since that's the kind of idiotic argument you're presenting here. Ash74 Posted July 4, 2016 Report Posted July 4, 2016 How long does the 'transformation' usually last? . Larry Flynt only lasted a year and he is loved by many. Betsy. There are just as many people who have turned away from Religion. I don't get why you keep posting these 'transformations'. Bryan Posted July 5, 2016 Report Posted July 5, 2016 How long does the 'transformation' usually last? . Going on several decades and counting for some of them. Why is there an expectation of permanence though? They changed their minds before, they might change them again. People do that with all kinds of things. Quote

You make up fake positions that the person you're talking to doesn't hold and you argue against that. Whenever someone comes on this board and says that gay people are committing obscene acts it certainly does treat them as shitty. These very same people preach this bs to their kids who in turn bully kids at school. The result is higher absenteeism and suicidal rates among our children. betsy Posted July 5, 2016 Author Report Posted July 5, 2016 (edited) It's not an act. It's actually how I feel. Unlike your transformers. What do you know about his "transformers?" How do you know theirs wasn't real? You know them personally? You see through them? Read their minds? A lot of gays......were simply confused of their sexuality, and thought themselves to be gay. So they went through the motion of being gay. Our current clime will mass-produce so many confused adolescents who'll grow up thinking they're gay, and maybe it'll take years before they can figure out their own real sexual identity, but not without having had psychological damage already done to them. Our school system is sanctioned to apply this kind of confusion - which is abuse - to school children, thanks to the so-called, "culture" of our time. I've got two friends who used to be gay. Both are married. The information was first relayed to me by someone who interacted with them - and apparently they both look and act like regular men. These two former gays were so loud and flamboyantly gay, even back then - you know, the type that really gets attention - that's why their transformation was something to talk about. Who would've thought, says the informant. I saw for myself on facebook - one has his family and all his pictures displaying them like any doting husband/father would. We were all in a dance troupe and our choreographer was gay, and so was his assistant - and yes, in that troupe, it was like "cool" to be gay, it was "cool" to be in the company of gays - seemed like we had a special status on campus - I suppose we were all pathetic attention-seekers. From the way he gives his message, he is a born-again Christian. Edited July 5, 2016 by betsy Quote
betsy Posted July 5, 2016 Author Report Posted July 5, 2016 (edited) In this corner........Manny Pacquiao! Manny Pacquiao: ‘I changed when I heard the voice of God’It is disconcerting to stand a foot away from Manny Pacquiao’s soft brown eyes – which are no more than a couple of feet from his hard brown fists – and hear him say, without any apparent duplicity, that God has spoken to him personally, how he has seen “the end of time”. It would be unsettling coming from anyone. From Manny, who has boxed for a living for nearly two decades, it is tempting to wonder if he has taken one punch too many. He is, after all, not a dreamer, does not claim to be a charismatic or a prophet, and it would be a major shock had he ingested any hallucinogenic substance. He lives a particularly corporeal existence. Nor does he claim, as some fighters have, that God is on his side. God is just, well, not as far away as he once imagined, certainly not when he was cutting loose in any nightspot that would let him in, from Manila to Los Angeles. “I have a lot of dreams and visions,” the world welterweight champion says in a voice as unthreatening as a mother’s whisper. “I even heard the voice of God. When I heard the voice of God, I am trembling and melting. I feel I have died. It was an amazing, amazing experience. “I’m happy because I found the right way, salvation, born again. We are required to be born again, all of us. Christ said unless we are born again we cannot enter the kingdom of God. So it’s very important to me. Jesus Christ said: ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’ There is no other way. The only way is through Jesus.” https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2014/oct/04/manny-pacquiao-chris-algieri-floyd-mayweather "Chris Wallace honored Word Champion Boxer Manny Pacquiao as Power Player of the week. Chris Wallace openly shared that Manny was at the National Prayer Breakfast where he shared his faith. During the Interview it was shared that Manny had a dream and accepted Jesus as his savior. It is a wonderful major news network interview giving God credit." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sg3VbSOnCZQ Edited July 5, 2016 by betsy Quote
