You have an example of how the Tories changed the financial accounting process to put loads of debt off the budget? Blaming them for things like increasing transfer payments that are guaranteed, and have been increasing for all provinces is nonsensical, and is probably a result of loathing that makes you less than objective. I don't BLAME them for increasing transfer payments, not did I ever suggest I did. I blame them for incompetence on virtually every single file they've handled from start to finish, raw corruption, deception, dishonesty, massive waste, huge tax increases year after year, enormous energy hikes and a sanctimonious arrogance and self-righteousness about everything they do, along with an outright refusal to ever admit they were wrong.
