Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman, Mexican drug lord

CBC is reporting the actor Sean Penn was the one who help Mexican official locate the escape drug lord Guzman. In the interview with Penn, Guzman said at the age of 15 he started in the business of drug business because there were no jobs to make a living and so he entered into the business, even though he knew drug are dangerous. The reporter reporting the story asked how could Penn find this guy and not the US or Mexican officials? How could Penn find "El Chapo"? Because El Chapo's desire to be immortalized on film led him to divulge information to Sean Penn that he wouldn't have divulged otherwise. El Chapo's ego was his downfall.

More likely the cartel will promise to kill some prison staff, their families and their pets if they don't just agree to be bribed.

Well when the Mexicans say he helped them with the capture, El Chapo could be pissed off. With some cartels you only need to lose a soccer game to lose your life. What I find funny is that needs to be explained.

If any of you had even bothered to read the (elementary school level) interview you'd know Penn met Chapo back in October.
