PIK
I was just talking to someone who works for the public school board. She was saying Sub teachers get 131 days sick leave. They can just phone in when not even working and claim to be sick. She also told me ,most of her job is tracking down teachers taking off for disability and working under the table for someone else. Is this true?
Big Guy
I suggest that you ask the someone what school board they are talking about, what level and in what his/her role is in the system.

Big Guy
My point is that someone is beginning an OP without any documentation. If there was specific information then I would be prepared to research and speak (respond) to it. Since there is none, I assume that it is a waste of time by somebody with an agenda which does not include a request to the answer to the question. August1991
I was just talking to someone who works for the public school board. She was saying Sub teachers get 131 days sick leave. They can just phone in when not even working and claim to be sick. She also told me ,most of her job is tracking down teachers taking off for disability and working under the table for someone else. Is this true? I was just talking to a young chick who married this guy in California. She flies private now.... I was just just talking to a guy who got a job at the SAQ. Topaz
In the near future, teachers are going to be losing their jobs because many parts of Ontario, are starting to close down schools because of reduce numbers of students. The large cities like Toronto won't but other areas are.
