We pay for what they have. Not quite. Kids have rights, no matter how you cut it. Your 14 yr old daughter could get contraception and even an abortion without your knowledge. You could ask the Dr if she did, they would not tell you. If you own them , then no agency can remove what you own. We both know they can be removed Quote

There are many kids by the time they reach grade 7-8, have already smoked cigs, or drugs and are experimentally with sex. Many at the age, talk to their friends or wait until its taught in a certain grade like high school. Quote

Studies have shown that comprehensive sex ed programs lower teen pregnancy and incidents of STI while not lowering the age of or increasing the total number of kids that engage in sexual activity. My guess is the number of kids in K-beck hooking up is similar to everywhere else, but let me know what you find.
