On Guard for Thee
It will increase by no less than the rate of inflation. Checked the rate of inflation lately. I hope you are healthy.
Smallc
Checked the rate of inflation lately. I hope you are healthy. If the rate of inflation is below 3%, it increases at 3%. You already knew that though.
On Guard for Thee
It will increase by no less than the rate of inflation. Its actually a combination of inflation and GDP, but not less than 3%. Guess what I am betting on, it drops to 3%. Thats called a decrease. Not a good sign if you happen to be sick, injured, or getting old.

In any case Iam well aware that our health care is a very expensive program, not perfect, but Ill happily pay my taxes to support it and even if I get run over by a bus and never need it, I am happy that it is there for you should you ever need it. Lets ot wreck it over party politics.
Smallc
Anything above the increase in government revenues is unsustainable. 6% can't be the increase forever. It's same reason that the provinces increase spending by even lower amounts.

Well if he ever shows up with the latest budget do you actually think it will be a surplus. Not likely. But it would be the first in 9 years. Dot hold your breath. jacee
/jim-prentice-does-he-plan-to-stay-in-the-premier-s-office-1.2966720 Stephen Harper has been prime minister since 2006. But if this fall's federal election doesn't go well for his party, his time as Conservative leader could come to an abrupt end early next year. That would kick off a leadership race. And some political observers think that race could be too tempting a prospect for Prentice to pass up. Jim Prentice is a competent and decent man. . nerve
What gets me about harperis two major things 1. He broke his promises on senate reform 2. He reduced Canadians liberties Lesser so are popular issues I disagree with. Ex. Why bomb Isis, Iraq has its own military? If Iran can't fight them, let them fight Iran and save Israel the issue, if Iran can why spend over 150 million dollars assassinating people as far away from Canada as you can get, why endanger Canadians by meddling? We all know it is Turkey anyway to get rid of the Kurds and Assad. 150 million to bomb people? Why? Its not even a UN mission, let Russia waste its money bombing radicalists that will just replenish until Iraq or Iran or Hezbollah fights them, it is the dumbest mission in the history of Canada. I am personally very concerned for Canadians, as it seems that Canada is really loosing its good nature. Canada is regressing its civil liberties, that is death to what Canada is. Harper â„… could have introduced more representation, reduced the public service dead weight, and provided more rights like the american constitution provides, in the end Canada got Stalinism from the conservative party. The policy is vomit and ineffective. I dont blame Harper though, I blame the political options and corruption. It appears very possible there could be a minority this time next year, I would hope that the 60% of Canadians who support a healthy safe and clean Canada see a government that is not ruled by the conservatives and protects civil liberties. 20 jerks should not endanger everyone's rights, I'd rather 10 Canadians be killed than 100 victimized by a government that ignores human rights, it ruins the fabric of Canada. Police have tremendous powers in Canada. The RCMP should be more than capable to protect Canadians. It scares me to think Canada will have secret police outside the joint national security enforcement structures. It scares me to think NATO intends to control social media on the internet to control the public/world. These are not actions of good government. That is the end times and the work of Satan. The work ofbig brother to insert Vicious neoliberalist overlords intent to persecute and victimize the political opposition Through stalinization of the police state that only they are freed from. Dropping a small yeild tactical nuke in Raqaa would be a better spending than 10000 bombing missions costing over 40 billion over 10 years. Iraq has its own bloody military. Please elect sane people who support human rights, it scares me the socialist are the party that supports human rights, maybe. I know the liberals won't voice support for universal human rights or international law, the conservatives won't. I would leave Canada if I had the cash to, because it isn't canada it is a creation of hell for people who support freedom, instead I am stuck as a political prisoners in everything Canada fought against until 2001, when NATO became a police state. Save Canada become an activist for the Real Canadians Party, a party where every one is a canadiate in a free and open democracy, the world. Stand together and end partisanship join the fight to save humanity from the old ones. Protect the publics freedom and equality. End second class citizenship, marginilization, and systemic violence against political minorities. Stop criminalizing and persecuting law abiding people. Claw back the superlegislation crafted to rip off Canadians and give rights to elites. Don't allow more sovereignty to be surrendered to corporations stop the Trans pacific partnership, end the security partnership and provide transparency and faster processing to those who consent to the violation of their rights, only. Reject unconstitutional rule. Reject the partisans. Stop raping human rights. These people are scum to legitimize deprivation of freedom. To hell with those who support that.
