Argus Posted November 3, 2014 Report Posted November 3, 2014 (edited) If I was here I'd have done exactly what she did. If I had no symptoms and had two tests showing negative I would not want to be confined to my house for 3 weeks because of some neighbors fear based out of their ignorance. The way those clowns in New Jersey treated her would have pissed off anyone. They told her she was feverish when she wasn't, then took her under armed guard and stuck her in a tent for three days, acting like she had the plague. If she hadn't made so much noise she'd still be in there. sharkman Posted November 6, 2014 Report Posted November 6, 2014 If one wants to go to a third world country to treat patients having an infectious illness with a kill rate over 50%, then you should live with the 21 day thingy. It was all about caring/goodwill for others while in Africa, but when she gets back here the goodwill for others disappeared. Typical self centered person who thinks she's more important than the spread of Ebola. I noticed how she really enjoyed the media attention and her 15 minutes of fame. Quote
bush_cheney2004 Posted November 6, 2014 Report Posted November 6, 2014 Nope...nurse Hickox did far more to battle ebola than her critics. If the "science" is wrong, then we better find out now. Quote Economics trumps Virtue.

I want a medical/scientific, not political, answer to the problem. Quote Free speech: "You can say what you want, but I don't have to lend you my megaphone." Will the steps anyone is proposing to fight "climate change" reduce a single temperature, by a single degree, at a single location? The mantra of "world opinion" or the views of the "international community" betrays flabby and weak reasoning (link).
