Marcus is it..Hamas gained no legitimacy. It achieved nothing but the destruction of its infrastructure. Its tunnels, its using its citizens as shields, they haven't resulted in its legitimacy, just the opposite. They have shown to their own people they are their people's worst enemy.

You know Marcus is it, you need to understand that script is stale and spent. For example most Canadians realize that Israel in fact built roads, schools, mosques, hospitals and greenhouses for Palestinians in Gaza, employed them in Israel proper and peace was achieved through cooperation when Hamas

openly rejected violence. Israel was able to assist Palestinian charities affiliated with Hamas.

Palestinians voted for Hamas because Arafat and his cronies stole all the money supposedly ear-marked for rebuilding Gaza and the West Bank,. Palestinians turned to Hamas feeling they had no choice and at least Hamas was not corrupt. Hamas not Palestinians chose terrorism. A Syrian cell from Damascus controlled by Assad and Hezbollah wrestled control away from a Muslim Brotherhood wing that was against terrorism as a political tactic and since that day Hamas has achieved nothing.

As for Abbas who and what do you think he does for his people. Until you go to the West Bank and understand how corruption works on the ground and how the PA chokes the little money out of its citizens by coercion and re-routes foreign aid money to offshore bank accounts for a handful of Abbas cronies, you will be like Dre and come on this forum posing as an expert trying to bluff your way through with the usual anti Israel diatribes.

Pissing on Israel will no detract from the fact that the Palestinian governments have sucked their people dry through corruption or terrorism.

The very same UN you think will give Hamas legitimacy could care less. Corruption long since compromised the ability of the UN to be a world facilitator. Its just a compromised arena now. Its a place where terrorists and corrupt regimes can meet to discuss what? Oh wait North Korea and Syria or Lebanon or better still Iran can lecture the world on human rights.

You live in a world of repeating scripts given to you. You don' question them because you live in a world that has no blood, provides you a nice clean toilet to piss in and the right to lecture others on your opinions.

You would be the first person Hamas would line up and kill if you entered the Gaza and you have no clue why.

I have been informed by Internet counsel in rudimentary language that any acknowledgement of the Palestinians on this forum that is not filled with hatred and contempt will henceforth be considered "pissing on Israel."

Looks like the rebuild of Gaza is going to take a long time. More and more it is appearing that Gaza is an outdoor prison with Israel dictating who, what, where, when and how is happening in Gaza.

Both sides have been seeking world support and sympathy for their cause and these latest barriers that Israel has set up are not contributing to a positive image.

Critics say that the convoluted process risks prolonging reconstruction efforts. "Complicated mechanisms are being created to manoeuvre around the problem, not address it," said Ala Tartir, the programme director of Al Shabaka, the Palestinian Policy Network. "This means more money is wasted and Palestinians' dependency status is entrenched."

http://www.aljazeera.com/news/middleeast/2014/10/gaza-plan-relieves-israel-responsibility-201410195737724711.html

The newly united Palestinian government had asked for $4 billion in rebuild funds, were pledged about $5.5 billion originally and are now asking for $7.8 billion based on new Israeli demands.

Neither side is looking very good in this continuing conflict.

Maybe if Gaza hadn't diverted the resources from the last rebuild to terror tunnels and rockets we wouldn't be having this discussion. Gaza would have been built and the Israelis wouldn't have needed to engage in the bombing runs of which you're complaining.

Thank you for your response. I am not complaining about anything. I have no dog in this fight.

I do find it humorous that this whole killing on both sides is still based on the ability of some Gaza terrorists to build wonky rockets out of sewer pipes and other building materials.

But that does not excuse or explain Israel creating an outdoor prison in the form of Gaza. When you take everything from a group of people they then resort to whatever materials they have available.

So in time, Gaza will be rebuilt, Israel will have built more new settlements, those wonky rockets will continue and the Israeli's will again attack and take out a few thousand more civilians.

This is progress?

Maybe if the Arabs persist in this suicide run Israel will have to totally flatten Gaza. I don't want that to happen but it's becoming inevitable.

I didn't say that's what I'm advocating. But if the Arabs keep fighting from inside civilian areas, and keep targeting cities such as Beersheba or Tel Aviv with rockets, what else can Israel do? Surrender?

Bubber Miley if you want to come on this forum and be a cheer leader for a clique of anti Israelis who try hijack threads to piss on Israel wear underwear.

Back to the actual thread which had to do with the Palestinian Unity government Bubber, the rebuild in Gaza is a direct consequence of the decision of Hamas to engage in a war of terror against Israel.

Mr. Abbas has no control of Hamas, never did and never will.

Now Bubber you want to bait me? Lolreally?

You even know where Israel is Bubber?

Big Guy thinks he knows. He saw it on the internet.

Same old twisting of the narrative. Like those rockets, which rarely even reach past the Gaza border are being shot just for the hell of it.

How come in your explanation and in your narrative, you always forget to mention the decades long occupation, the illegal and inhumane siege/blockade of Gaza and the open air prison that Israel has created?

"What do you think of Western civilization?" Gandhi was asked. "I think it would be a good idea," he said.

Even if all that was all true (it isn't), it does not "justify" thousands of rocket attacks, suicide bombings, terror tunnels, etc. Should First Nations adopt such a strategy in Canada for illegal land occupation, stolen resources, unsettled land claims, inhumane treatment, etc. ?

The relationship between Israelis and Palestinians is so poisoned that I question if it can ever change.

The hate is palatable FROM BOTH SIDES and any interaction can spark a riot. This may really end only in a final solution.

Oh look more pissing on Israel to avoid the topic and wait for it can I have a melodramatic drum roll, a reference from the Bug Guy to the final solution.

Oh you betcha.Let's trivialize the holocaust and use a reference to it. Let's do what has never been done on this forum-predict dooms day.

Say those two devices have never been used I mean trivializing the holocaust and suggesting the big KABOOM.....never heard of that before.

Now listen up Moe, Omar, Abdul, Gabnel, Mahmoood, Nashir, Abdel, Fatima, no kaboom today. save the script. Its been used so many times in Hollywood it won't get a rise from anyone and you guys have to knock off trying to sound like Charleton Heston in Circus although you have it mixed up with Judah Ben Hur and the 10 Commandments.

Now back to the thread. There is no Palestinian Unity government. It was a fictious attempt by Abbas to pressure the UN into recognizing his council as a state government.

Now we have Hamas a group that believes blowing up and killing its own people is a legitimate religious and political exercise to achieve a Muslim state in Israel that will be swallowed up with Jordan and the West Bank in an initial phase to turn the world into one Muslim kingdom to be run by a dhumma.

Say its funny how Marcus never mentions that.

Then we have oh yes I know Mr.Abbas. One of Arafat's corrupt cronies who wrote his thesis on the holocaust never happening so I mean at least Big Guy should read his thesis and stop talking about final solutions since Mr. Abbas says that never happened.

Oh but now wait. Mr. Abbas has a council. You know the one that chanted death to Israel that caused M.Abbas to stand up and cheer and chant death to Israel out. Yes Sir nothing gets a fat old man out of his seat faster in Palestine then screaming death to Israel

Oh now you know this council can't control Fatah let alone any of the members within it, but hey let's call it a government.

All the money it steals from its people-funny how Marcus won't talk about that or the fact that since 1949 Palestinian officials have stolen from their own people leaving them without any infrastructure-oh but no problem that's Israel's fault.

Palestinians would not be terrorist and corrupt and steal and kill each other if it weren't for Israelis, Jews, Zionists and Yankees.

Got it. Its all my fault you have a big fat head and can't get a sweater over it.

Oh now let's see.

You piss on Israel,

I piss on this so called Palestininian Unity government.

No one but the same three people read these posts.

Yah got it.

Omar gotta do his thing

so dah Zion Lion's gonna sing

daily chants from dah mullah

drowned out by Judah doing dah hula

hate hate hate dem Jews foh ever

but it gives dis David time to be clevah

you leep doing dah warrior rap

and I am gonna remind yah to shut yoh yap

piss on Zion 4 times a day

but first make sure the wind aint blowin yoh way

ooops too late you seem to be wet

and dah Macabee heyah hasn't even raised a swet

When there is no way to resolve a hatred between two groups, then the only logical result is one group annihilating the other group.

Hardly the case at all, as many groups continue to exist with eternal conflict and disdain for others. Complete annihilation is really the exception.

Bubber your comment " I have been informed by Internet counsel in rudimentary language that any acknowledgement of the Palestinians on this forum that is not filled with hatred and contempt will henceforth be considered "pissing on Israel." is a subjective comment.

Proclaiming it to be true is meaningless. Truth as you refer to it is your subjective assumption for me it is just another one of your comments intended to show you sneer at a person you disagree with.

Now as for Big Guy-come now...you know nothing as to what Palestinians and Israelis feel towards one another. Not a thing. What you do is project on to them feelings you think they have for one another.

You presume to sit on a pedestal of superior morality looking down on two savage beasts curling your nose up at both.

Spare me the attempt at playing Greek, Roman or Christian Crusader.

So tell me. On the one hand you insist on attending the arena, then you whine when you see blood spilled as the gladiators rip one another apart? Really?

Who you kidding. That feigned indignation at the sight of blood means what exactly?

Oh say I know. You are upset those savages weren't wearing loin cloths.

Sorry to disappoint you Big Guy but neither of these gladiators will wipe each other out for you.

You are quite something. That fisherman from the Galilee was right-people like you are as bad as the Romans if not worse.

The only difference between you is that your oppressive pronouncements are made in the name of one God not many.

Zip over his head.

Are you saying then that war should be a zero-risk game for the provocateur? The calculus you unintentionally propose is one where the loser of the war faces only the mildest of consequences and lives to fight another day. The world is a better place since the rump of the Nazis or Tojo's Japan did not survive.
