...Thats because aggression by the arabs is not the REASON Israel does what it does in the occupied territories, its an EXCUSE for them to do what they want to do ANYWAYS which is extract vast ammounts of natural resources (2/3rds of their water supply).

Yep...same reason Britain and then Canada did/does it.

WASHINGTON – Six First Nations of British Columbia have taken to the international legal stage in an effort to shame the Canadian government into recognizing longstanding land claims. Their rationale is simple: We never gave you the land, you took it, so either give us back the land, or give us some other form of remuneration, for stealing and profiting from the plunder.

If Israel laid down it's arms there would be genocide

If Hamas laid down it's arms, there would be peace.

So what do you think would happen if Israel put down its bulldozers?

This is the face of Hamas. When you support the Palestinians, this is what you're supporting, this is the mindset of these people. You are supporting these people. These people are from Hamas. You are supporting terror.

Here is another one of Hamas members giving the Nazi salute. This is what you're supporting when you support Palestine. Palestine is run by the Hamas.

The difference being that our natives can not only paricipate in our political system but they can seek remedy to any injustice by the Canadian government against them in our courts, and they are doing so with a fair ammount of success.

The other difference of course is that this land was conquered hundreds of years ago when such action was commonplace and before we signed treaties pledging to never to anything like that again.

True.

When you support Israel's treatment of Palestinians, you support this:

Good...because that's exactly the kind of military aid my tax dollars provide for Israel. I think Palestine needs to find a better Sugar Daddy.

Sean Penn? I don’t understand why supporters of Palestine don’t do more? I’m certain the Palestinians appreciate their supporters resolve in blogging and making nifty Youtube videos expounding upon their plight, but I’d hazard a guess that they would prefer money/weapons or better yet, fellow Jihadists. sleep.png

How did the activist against Apartheid South Africa support the blacks?

The same thing will happen in this situation, except that it will take a little longer. First the people of the world will turn against the oppressor (Apartheid South Africa / Israel), then the people of the world will push their governments to turn against the oppressor.

Step 1 is pretty much complete. Step 2 will happen in time.

With the way information travels through the internet, the useless mainstream media will be pushed aside and with the way young Jews outside of Israel are more and more rejecting blind support for Israel, the inevitable will occur. The lobbying will only slow down the process to the inevitable.

Hudson Jones, I wish to know why you hate the Jewish people so much. The hate of the Jewish people with as much vigor as you have shown is a white supremacist position.

The world has not turned against Israel, in fact the world is quite on their side. The only parts of the world that hates Israel are the Islamic nations who are run by religious fanatics such as Iran. Congratulations, I guess.

I still do not understand why you are so antisemitic.

Israel is as a giant in front of Palestine and from way passed years till today they are continuously attacking Palestine and killing poor, innocent people including women, small children. What will happen if some other more powerful country attacked Israel and kill their people... Hardly any casuality from public side in Israel and hundrends of killed in Palestine for just in their self defense.. Do you think Israel attack is justified?
Palestine started this by launching rockets non stop into Israel. Then they started to fire rockets at Jerusalem and Tel Aviv and Israel said enough is enough. Do you think Israel should allow Palestine to fire rockets and kill its citizens and do nothing about it?
Any independent nation must defend itself.

The difference between the Israeli and the "Palestinian" tactics is quite telling. The Israelis' attacks are targeted. While some civilians are killed (more on that later) basically the Israelis aim for military targets.

The Palestinian rockets, be contrast, are fired in a more or less random or patternless manner. Fortunately, this results in many falling harmlessly into the ocean or areas where no people happen to be at the moment. The Palestinians, though, aim for death for the sake of death.

As far as civilian casualties, Hamas seems to fight behind civilian lines deliberately. A less elegant term is "human shields." They are pimping for the media, so that Israel is pressured into a cease fire that allows the Palestinians to re-arm. Rinse, wash, repeat.

Actually Palestinians have plenty of access to and success in Israeli courts. Too much success in fact.

Should an Israeli try a spin in a Hamas or Iranian court?

The other difference of course is that this land was conquered hundreds of years ago when such action was commonplace and before we signed treaties pledging to never to anything like that again.

There were plenty of such treaties with the FN. All broken. However, I do see the point that when 95% of the original FN died or natural causes there should not be 100% of the land set aside for them.

South Africa? That’s complete apples to lawn chairs…………….First, the “Western Governments” and a large percentage of their populations didn’t support the South African Government…….And second, the White Apartheid Government only represented a small percentage of the population of South Africa…A population that though they had been their for several hundred years prior, were not culturally nor emotionally tied to the land, as such, eventually found it “easy” (relative term) to go elsewhere (I’ve got one in the kitchen eating breakfast) and let the majority wreak the place………..The Jewish culture was born within the borders of Israel, and based on precedent, the Jews haven’t felt too welcome elsewhere, as such they understand if they lose their “fight”, it could quite possibly be the end of their culture and lives.

I do not hate Muslims. I hate terrorism in all its forms. I was asking a legitimate question as Hudson Jones seems to really hate the Jewish people. He lumps them altogether as one whereas I do not do that at all.
