As for the environmental issue. I doubt it's something that would cause the party to split. Remember how the Carbon Tax was treated when it was put forward as an election platform? I have it on good authority that the Queen took Harper out to the woodshed for a little talk a few days ago and we can expect him to be more well behaved in the future.
