So now it's not good enough that he attends - he has to "really mean it?" I doubt his position, his views - whatever they are - have changed. Some people have been saying that he should attend this or that event in spite of his personal beliefs, so now he's made a political move and attended the PFLAG event. I was watching 60 Minutes and they were over in Israel and they have gay people there too and they make no notice of them, no one says anything about them, everyone goes on about with their lives. Why?. They know what its like to have the threat of war or war itself and life is too precious to worry about someone`s`sexuality, its not important to them. So here in NA, we should chill, more or less ignore them and life will follow in place, just like it did with Black people in the 60`s, its no big deal now and we can all get along. Quote
