and that about sums up the oft repeated pattern seen over and over again by both of these foreign interlopers... apparently, they take great exception and view it as a personal affront if they're not "No. 1" in everything/anything. USA, USA, USA! (Of course, it's soooo easy to push their buttons and realize this exact response)

Foreign interlopers...

Where are such paradises as North Korea, Cuba, Pakistan and Afghanistan on that list?

Not as high as Canada...Which is higher than the,"We're No.11!!!",USA...

And now's the part where, given your native sense of fair play and sober rationality, you will provide indisputable evidence of Dre's "anti-American bigotry."

It's obvious to you, so you should be able to find plenty of it. We'll settle for...let's say five examples. Three at least must be utterly unambiguous.

Now that I think of it, you are one of the chief complainers about the United States on this forum...but you're only obssessively hateful towards the liberal half.

I suspect you'll get whole lot of crickets from that one...

Vicarious flag wavers for countries other than their own and all....

I'm not sure how meaningful these rankings are among countries that are close together.

I know she was talking to you. But I wanted to apologize on behalf of all Canadians, for you, and all the other anti-American bigots of the forum.

As someone who has dual citizenship and will be voting for the first time in a U.S. election this November, I accept your apology. I'm surprised that you have reversed course from calling the U.S. president a moron, and by implication its people for voting for him. I really never thought you would get over your anti-American hatred. It's nice to see a new civility on these boards. <thumbs up>

But do keep telling yourself that Americans are unhappy. Whatever it takes to make you happy. :) As for me, I'm glad my ancestors left those Scandinavia countries - if they hadn't, I couldn't be

Nope. #1, I wouldn't be on this forum if I were living in Sweden or Norway, and #2, there is no such song by a Canadian band.

Oh, the irony of that statement. :D If you think that is a valid conclusion, you are either sadly lacking in basic education yourself - or a prime example that education doesn't always achieve the desired results.

How does one measure happiness anyway?

That's what's so ridiculous - the people doing the survey determine what makes people happy, and then apply that standard, the same standard, their standard, to everyone - in every country. :D
