Many of the blogs and columns state something to the effect of: "We wouldn't even have known who she was if it wasn't for this." Absolute genius. She's been out of the news and now she is THE conversation piece everywhere. One guy from some ad/promotional company said he couldn't have planned this type of publicity for ten times what it's going to cost to switch the graphics (about $10,000). The ad (picture of the bus) is on every talk show, every radio show, and all over the internet. And the Liberal Alison Redford can't attack the leader of the Wildrose for it. No one can. She's untouchable on this one. Friggin genius. If it was someone like Libby Davies like mentioned earlier someone wouldn't get away with this. But Danielle Smith is rather attractive so it works well for her. No bad news is good news.
