Stop trying to pretend youre a victim when youre not. he follows the zionist rote...when confronted with reason and logic respond with any of the following (or even all four) ..."diaspora, holocaust, godwins law, antisemitism"... And it's not just the US government. Ahhh If by sqeezing you mean tighter sanctions it hasn't worked in the past and will only hurt ordinary Iranians. How was sanction on spare parts for passenger aircrafts supposed to hurt the regime ffs..32 years of sanctions, which has gradually increased post Shah's era seems like a pretty darn loooonggg serial to me... olp1fan Posted November 12, 2011 Author Report Posted November 12, 2011 Good luck getting Russia and China to agree to any tough sanctions what they want to do is lift all of the sanctions on Iran so that they'll stop with the programme Quote

bush_cheney2004 Posted November 12, 2011 Report Posted November 12, 2011 Nobody has a love affair with Palestinians OR Jews. Youre both embarrassing quite frankly. Oh common spare me the revisionist...Soviet Union had an arsenal of nuclear weapons even more than US at the time. There's absolutely no common ground to compare that to Iran now that the threat is gone. But ya know [it's all the fault of those god damn evil commies ooops eyeranians....] Quote

No one is talking about love for commies or Iranian fundamental....why is that so difficult to grasp that there is a difference between government and their people (meaning iranian people) iranians should be in no position to pay for these sanctions. That's fine by me....it doesn't mean that the "international community" just capitulates on its NPT objectives. Hell, the US could have nuclear weapons in allied hands surrounding Iran tomorrow if that was the only consideration. There is nothing "special" about Iran or Iranians in this game. Why don't you do it? It's not as though you are holding back from creating a "militarised zone" in the arab gulf countries... Personally I would have prefered the whole region free of nuclear weapons including Israel. There is nothing "special" about Iran or Iranians in this game. Oreally? Then what is? Enquiring minds want to know. Quote
kactus Posted November 13, 2011 Report Posted November 13, 2011 (edited) That's fine by me....it doesn't mean that the "international community" just capitulates on its NPT objectives. You know the irony about all this is that Israel happens to be a non-signatury of NPT, which is why they do not get questioned about their nuclear activities. However, it has violated many UN resolutions but then again this seems to be 'ok' for the so called "international community". I mean if those resolutions are there to be trampled and discredited then it begs the question why should there be difference for any other country? Edited November 13, 2011 by kactus Quote

However, it has violated many UN resolutions but then again this seems to be 'ok' for the so called "international community". Please note that Iran is a NPT signatory, and is likely in violation of same. Resolutions are not treaties, and not UN enforced without specific UNSC action. I mean if those resolutions are there to be trampled and discredite then it begs the question why should there be difference for any other country including Iran? See above. Israel neither confirms or denies such things as a matter of policy. Oreally? Then what is? Enquiring minds want to know. What is what? Why would the world shed extra tears for Iranians compared to Iraqis, Libyans, Tunisians, Syrians, Egyptians, Afghans, Lebanese, Palestinians, or even Israelis? What's so special about Iran?
