M.Dancer Posted April 20, 2011 Report Posted April 20, 2011 That's it. They have that Caldwell fellow interviewing Michael Coren.....that's where I draw the line. Quote RIGHT of SOME, LEFT of OTHERS If it is a choice between them and us, I choose us
Shady Posted April 20, 2011 Report Posted April 20, 2011 That's it. They have that Caldwell fellow interviewing Michael Coren.....that's where I draw the line. Why's that? I kinda like that better than Peter Mansbridge interviewing David Suzuki, on our dime. Quote
M.Dancer Posted April 20, 2011 Report Posted April 20, 2011 Why's that? I kinda like that better than Peter Mansbridge interviewing David Suzuki, on our dime. I find Coren similar to chewing on tinfoil.... Quote RIGHT of SOME, LEFT of OTHERS If it is a choice between them and us, I choose us
Smallc Posted April 20, 2011 Report Posted April 20, 2011 That's it. They have that Caldwell fellow interviewing Michael Coren.....that's where I draw the line. He's going to do that every Wednesday. Quote
Shady Posted April 21, 2011 Report Posted April 21, 2011 I find Coren similar to chewing on tinfoil.... I definitely agree that he's not the most exciting individual. Quote
guyser Posted April 21, 2011 Report Posted April 21, 2011 3rd time viewing... marginally better....better enough for me to watch a 4th time? You'd watch four train wrecks wouldnt you? Probably five too. Quote

The_Squid Posted April 21, 2011 Report Posted April 21, 2011 I do get the station.... Adler was on... what a fear-mongering twit. Quote
Shady Posted April 22, 2011 Report Posted April 22, 2011 I do get the station.... Adler was on... what a fear-mongering twit. Yeah, his labelling of Layton as Canada's "Every Man" was very frightening. Quote
bloodyminded Posted April 22, 2011 Report Posted April 22, 2011 I Watched. I was impressed by how amateurish it looked....the graphics, the talking head (theo caldwell?)the whole look and feel was upper end cable access. ....like a bloody car pile up I watched...and will again...I watched little mosque of the prarie 3 times...might as well give this 2 more chances.... Smallc Posted April 22, 2011 Report Posted April 22, 2011 Twice too often, but I applaud your patience. I tried watching again today. Apparently, they don't know the difference between a minority and a majority government...so I went back to CTVNC. Quote

Shady Posted April 22, 2011 Report Posted April 22, 2011 I tried watching again today. Apparently, they don't know the difference between a minority and a majority government...so I went back to CTVNC. Yes, they have no idea of the difference between a minoarity and majority governments. Quote
Smallc Posted April 22, 2011 Report Posted April 22, 2011 Yes, they have no idea of the difference between a minoarity and majority governments. Well, when you talk about someone getting a majority and then someone else with less seats taking over....that's a pretty big error that should have been immediately corrected. Quote
capricorn Posted April 23, 2011 Report Posted April 23, 2011 I tried watching again today. Apparently, they don't know the difference between a minority and a majority government...so I went back to CTVNC. Come on Smallc, I bet you watch SunNews more than you want to admit. I hope you caught Ezra chopping down a shrub in commemoration of Earth Day. It was hilarious. I caught that comment majority instead of minority and to tell the truth, I knew right away she slipped up. As a SunNews viewer, it must be because of my low IQ. No big deal. bloodyminded Posted April 23, 2011 Report Posted April 23, 2011 I can't STAND him. I felt badly for him about the HRC matter. However, he is something of a douchebag, to be sure. At any rate, aside from the mere fact that he's politically to the Right, I can't quite understand why some conservatives admire him. Is it his sparkling insight? Smallc Posted April 23, 2011 Report Posted April 23, 2011 (edited) I felt badly for him about the HRC matter. So did I. There's no doubt that some of the provincial human rights commissions go too far, as they are the ones that deal with pain and suffering associated with speech (something they should NOT be involved in). He's still mildly insane. Edited April 23, 2011 by Smallc Quote

I agree. The business of insult (and Levant and Steyn are, literally, professional insulters, mockery Businessmen, careerists posing as political gadflys) should not be the business of government, as arbiters of justice when it comes to hurt feelings. Mr.Canada Posted April 23, 2011 Report Posted April 23, 2011 Sun News is an amazing network of bright commentators who a re passionate about Canada and love this country. I cannot say the same for the CBC who wish to tear it up and destroy Canada like Trudeau did. Thank God For Stephen Harper and Thank you God for sending us the SNN. Someone needs to stand up for the silent majority and now we have a voice. Thank you Jesus. In what way is the vocal minority equivalent to the "silent majority"? Quote As scarce as truth is, the supply has always been in excess of the demand. --Josh Billings
Shady Posted April 24, 2011 Report Posted April 24, 2011 Well, when you talk about someone getting a majority and then someone else with less seats taking over....that's a pretty big error that should have been immediately corrected. Which personality on Sun News doesn't know the difference between a majority and minority government? Coren? Levant? Adler? Caldwell? Names names, or STFU. Quote
Smallc Posted April 24, 2011 Report Posted April 24, 2011 Which personality on Sun News doesn't know the difference between a majority and minority government? Coren? Levant? Adler? Caldwell? Names names, or STFU. It was Krista Erickson. I'm sure she knows the difference, but it was sloppy to not correct the mistake. My goodness, you certainly take criticism of FNN seriously. Quote
Shady Posted April 24, 2011 Report Posted April 24, 2011 It was Krista Erickson. I see, so because she doesn't know, that's tantamount to all of Sun News not knowing? So when Rick Sanchez on CNN couldn't find Hawaii on a map, does that mean that CNN in general doesn't know where Hawaii is? Of course not. Be a little less hyperbolic next time please. Quote
BubberMiley Posted April 24, 2011 Report Posted April 24, 2011 Besides, Krista Eriksson is Shady's proof that CBC is biased. Quote "I think it's fun watching the waldick get all excited/knickers in a knot over something." -scribblet
