About Environment Canada, which I thought you believe in, and I posted link to.

Yes, both the amount of wood I use to heat my house (sometimes even in the summer) and my thermometer. Would you take my word for it or rather the Environment Canada. Take your pic.

It sounds to me like you're starting to come over to the belief that there's value in collecting data.

Of course.

So where's the global warm up?

well worth the trouble of taking you off ignore... since you present Environment Canada as a 'Saipan sanctioned' outlet, you may wish to start - here:

So, in plain English. Where is the global warm up?

It's not here, not in Europe, not in [southEast] Asia.

Anywhere else?

Overall temperatures are climbing.

Where?

here:... don't you recognize your own 'Saipan sanctioned' Environment Canada temperature data warming (trend)?

This poster gets as much effort in my answering questions as he puts in to research previous discussion on them. But one word questions - repeating why, why, why - can't go on forever...

EC can do what'd they like in regard to the stuff. Muzzling and cancling 0 cost meetings is something else though.

As long as people arn't speaking for Environment Canada, and simply stating their own opinions I don't see an issue with freedom of speech, I don't consider Enviornment Canada to be doing incredibly sensitive work as to require non disclosure - on the contrary their finding should be available and subject to scruitiny. With the imediacy of climate change issues in regard to the health and safety of Canadians and the rest of the worlds peoples I think that delaing relase of information is a diservice and not as productive or efficient with resources as possible.

Conferences help direct notice to important information. You can have all the information in the world, and if you don't have a way of turning that into useful results it is totally a waste.

Personally I think that Meteorology are important - so why did the government shut down attendance of Environment Canada employees at the global meteoroligical organization's meeting, where the Environment Canada employee was the chair for that years meeting with trsvel expenses paid by the global organization?

I can only assume you are talking total junk and didn't read the link or your ability to gauge my positio is a little lacking.

1. I don't support muzling of non sensitive issues for partisan purposes and at a diservice to the public, and to taxpayers. People should have immediate access to public records that are the result of department research.

2. Freedom of speach is important in Canada - I don't think government policy should contravene the constitution when it doesn't involve fundamental justice - and in this case it doesn't.

3. Climate change is a fact. Different areas of Canada are effected differently. The major result though is that rapid change bring risk, and that is the problem. It may be a reality it can't be stopped, but it is only more important to have information out there and for our collective heads to work on a plan to minimize damage and insure Canada comes out of things as good or better than it went into it. The natural cycle isn't the problem it is the change in the natural cycle or the magnifying effect - that is the natural cycle is progressing more rapidly due to manmade changes.

Always has been.

Whenever you're losing debate try name calling. You have nothing else to lose :)

Climate change is a fact.

No one argues that. But where's the global warm up. WHY it's lately always 'climate change' in lieu of 'global warm' up?

The major result though is that rapid change bring risk, and that is the problem.

Yes, it's what froze the mammoths almost instantly. It ALWAYS was a problem. Often WAY much bigger than now.

The natural cycle isn't the problem it is the change in the natural cycle or the magnifying effect - that is the natural cycle is progressing more rapidly due to manmade changes.

I have answered all of your questions, so why do you think I'm losing the debate ? You ask a lot of very simple questions but don't add much else.

There's name calling, and there's calling a spade a spade.

You're a spade. Like, the two of spades.

More trolling from you. There was an answer to this posted just today, I believe and yet you ask the same questions again and again. Discussion is built upon points made, agreed to, and progress from there.

You seem unable to even learn the first points of discussion, so you're not helpful to the higher-order discussions that happen here. Furthermore, you don't seem to have the potential to participate in an advanced way.

You should leave and find a forum better suited to basic Q & A that you like to engage in.

Your opinion. In chose to stay with the issue.

There's no global warm up.

Climate just changes - like the weather.

I can't make you do what's right. Only your conscience can do that.

Same here. Debate the ISSUE, no matter how uncomfortable it may be.
