Alex Moore Posted September 17, 2009 Author Report Posted September 17, 2009 Ok. Sorry Folks. I mighta been a bit `partisan' there. Thanks SmallC, Wyly, and Alex for bitch-slapping me back to sanity. Is there any good in suggesting Oregano Oil as an alternative to the `flu shot'? Your welcome? Quote "I am a sick man, I am a spiteful man... My liver hurts" - Dostoevsky
Radsickle Posted September 17, 2009 Report Posted September 17, 2009 Without Cynicism, who thinks Oregano Oil might be even better at fighting the `swine flu' than the high-faluting `flu shot'? Quote

I can tell you one thing I have learned about the men that have control over governments - The hate Muslims - Blacks - Natives...etc..some how they all suck up to their jewish henchment ...untill they have out lived their usefulness...Of course some jerk sent a message to the Natives via a truck load of body bags....I would just like to know how many bags they sent...the exact amount that was calculated by the "die you inferiour bastrards die" crowd. As for this insult to the intelligence and the fear mongering that is the pig flu...well - I guess the war on terror has lost it's spark and they need some crap to send the population into off kiltered de-focusing mode. Melanie_ Posted September 18, 2009 Report Posted September 18, 2009 I hope it hasn't been a problem, but I find it very doubtful that there isn't at least some problem with it. There might be some problem with it. Just as there might be some problem with abuse of alcohol and hand sanitizer in Winnipeg. But we haven't denied the citizens of Winnipeg the option of using hand sanitizer to prevent the spread of communicable disease, and we have the alternate option of running water and soap. Its offensive to take away health precautions for an entire community - children, the elderly, pregnant women, etc. - based on a pre-judgment of how some might react. Griz Posted September 18, 2009 Report Posted September 18, 2009 It's the right-wing mentality in action--sickos. It was some dickhead who knew that the minister was from the north. That dickhead would get some sort of cheap thrill out of it. A few weeks back I saw this show about the 9/11 conspiracy and one person said there's no way it could be a conspiracy because 1000s of people would be needed to carry it out. I thought--that makes it a right-wing conspiracy because those shallow phonies don't hesitate to wipe out loved ones for insurance money--hence Tower 7 went down. Wilber Posted September 18, 2009 Report Posted September 18, 2009 What if they needed body bags? Somebodies dies of the flu...just prop 'em up in the chair? Heck...if somebody hadn't sent body bags there'd be complaints about that, too. Yup, just stick an oxygen mask on them and no one will know they are dead. Not for awhile at least. Wilber Posted September 18, 2009 Report Posted September 18, 2009 There's this belief that if you laugh about something, one day it'll come back and kick yer butt...one day you'll be grasping for life hooked up to oxygen No doubt. It wasn't altogether a sarcastic statement. If you put an O2 mask on someone who has died and can't be removed from the location they happen to be in, people around them assume they are just sick, not dead. It is a practical response to a situation. So are body bags. Plan for the worst, hope for the best. Quote "Never trust a man who has not a single redeeming vice". WSC
Oleg Bach Posted September 18, 2009 Report Posted September 18, 2009 I realize it as fact that there are powerful and influential men in this nation that would genocide every last native if they could get away with it...Look at the attitude of these powerful old white guys! They assist in supporting the drafting of laws that release mental patients to murder for the second time - they appoint judges that allow blacks to kill more blacks thought their catch and release tacit policy..killing Indians is not a big stretch - They don't need bodybags - they need hope and encouragement..but the powers that be like to harrass and break the spirit of resisters to their tyranny - let them collect body bags and save them for their own miserable elitist bastard families... ooooh did I say that? We are all mortal...except for me...take your body bag and shove it up into your body .... Quote

OddSox Posted September 18, 2009 Report Posted September 18, 2009 Yes, some people drink hand sanitizer, whether they are on reserve or in Winnipeg. But it is incredibly paternalistic to deny people something that might be their best defense, particularly when other options are limited, just in case someone will abuse it. Actually, the hand-sanitizer thing was based on the concerns of leaders within the (dry) communities involved. It was only an issue at the time because the non-alcohol based sanitizers were on back-order and not readily available. http://www.canada.com/Health/Alcohol+worri...5460/story.html Quote

Good point! Although some reserves are so far out that there are no roads. Still, it does seem like some just sit there and bitch for the government to bring it to them. Those reserves that take that attitude really puzzle me if they are also those who claim to be a sovereign nation. Talk about having your cake and eating it too! This whole over-reaction really seems to be an entitlement ploy. Having body bags available is standard policy. If they needed the bags and didn't have them that would no doubt be called a crime against the universe as well! It really looks like the body bags simply were delivered before the masks and sanitizer stuff and the First Nations decided to make a federal case out of it to speed up delivery of what hadn't arrived yet. Nobody delivered a mask and some hand sanitizer to my door! Oh well, it really doesn't matter. Whatever happens, one way or another, it will all be blamed on non-natives. We can't win no matter what we do. Rather dampens any motivation to try, sometimes. The body bags were sent as part of a routine shipment because the supplies needed replenishing. Nothing sinister about it, if they hadn't stocked their supplies, they would scream about that too.
