Rabbis for Human Rights

all the human rights organizations and all the peace organizations i've seen, condemn hamas' illegal actions. just like they condemn israel's.

here is http://www.jewishvoiceforpeace.org/publish/mission.shtml (don't be shy about joining it)

Palestinians must stop suicide bombings and other attacks on Israeli civilians.

Well done Dub! A one liner at the end of their mission statement is better than nothing. Say, can you provide any that give anti hamas statements that are of Arab origin?

Gush Shalom and Rabbis for Human Rights

Rabbis for Human Rights NA

people cooperating together, people facing reality.

the video is about 9 minutes long but is really worth watching.

Maybe things wouldn't be playing out this way if the "Palestinians" hadn't started out by trying to destroy Israel. The U.S. and Canada, despite the disproportion in power seem to avoid constant bloodshed. Why no there?

Apparently they can't even decide what borders they will accept. First sentence says 1967 borders, last sentence says pre-1967 borders. Quite a big difference there.

Apparently Israel can't decide on their borders either.

Yet, you take no issue with that dillemma?

The fluidity of Israel's borders is due to the fact that there does not yet exist a state of Palestine. The state of Palestine does not yet exist because of the intransigence of Palestinians.

And here I was thinking it was because of the 1948 war where the arabs went double or nothing and rolled snake eyes...

On the otherhand, one could say it was the joos fault the arab legions were beaten....but hard to blame the jews for egypt occupying GAza or jordan annexing the west bank

actually the fluidity of Israel's borders is of Israel's own making, they have internationally recognized borders, they prefer to ignore.

The state of Palestine has not been able to come into it's full fruition due to Israel's occupation and usurping of the land.

There we hear it from kuzadd: The Arab-Israeli Wars had zero effect on the borders.

your wild west, double or nothing crap does not trump international law and internationally recognized borders. after its defeat, even germany got to keep its borders.

the israeli occupation of the palestinian land is nothing like the egypt and jordan so-called occupation. sometimes your comparisons are as ridiculous as krusty's.

If you want to use international law as it was applied to Germany in the aftermath of the Second world War...okay lets.

All pre-war German territory east of the line (23.8% of the former Weimar Republic lands, most of them in Prussia) was either awarded to Poland or the Soviet Union after the war, and the vast majority of its native German population was expelled by force.

Clearly your ignorance of history isn't confined to the mid east.

Well, there's the small issue of war reparations. Costs a lot to defeat terrorism. They shouid have sothebys appraise the west bank and traded against the Palestinian war debt. Now the israelis will need labourers to turn the new land into something worthwhile once all the old wrecks, fridges and other detrius has been carted away ... I expect the PA will hand over perhaps maybe 200,000 able bodied men to work for a period not less than 10 years.

And of course, Gaza will be occupied and after they have shown themselves worthy, asked to rejoin the community of civilized nations.

We do after all want the palestinians to be treated just as the Germans were, so DUb can be happy.

Life in Germany on either side of the line was no bed of roses. Berlin...for those of us old enough to remember..."suffered" the worst under the REAL occupation by Allied forces but still managed to become half a world-class city all over again. Now she's back together...both Berlin and Germany and apparently (lol...yez never know with Jerry) an upstanding member of the civilized world.
