I doubt it, but I think maintaining the heightened level of paranoia the myata's of the world support probably explains why both our people's are becoming increasingly afraid of visiting each other.

"Visit", hah? Just like that guy that just walked by my door, would like to visit me, or maybe even stay for awhile / forever (me having no say about it, granted), and I've only gotta get happy and Jesusy about it.

Why is it so much more appealing to give a good godly advice to others, then to follow it ourselves, I can't quite fathom??

Agreed...I've been asking that question since joining this forum.

Though unrelated (from today's decision by Federal judge on admission of G.Galloway), hopefully, it'll clarify all possible confusions regarding the basic human right of anybody to enter and stay anywhere:

"The admission of a foreign national to this country is a privilege determined by statute, regulation or otherwise, and not a matter of right," Martineau wrote in his ruling".

You can't? You're kidding right?

You really don't have a clue just how self-defeating it is when the very Shining Beacon of democracy itself provides funding, aid, apologies and support for dictators and brutal thugs around the world do you?

If this really is the case, then I'm afraid the west actually does deserve to be attacked. Christ on a stick, when I'm confronted with this sort of abject ignorance I feel like giving it a whack upside the head myself.

A government without public oversight is like a nuclear plant without lead shielding.

Absolutely...positively...no question about it.....the very definition of a sovereign state. That's why Muher Arar cannot enter the United States. No other reason required. Next.....

certainly we don't need to have this board's predominant Bush/neo-con apologist lecturing on the "definition of a sovereign state".
