There is no tar in pot and driving under the influence is nothing like alcohol.

But again, because your follow-up indicates a likelihood for my former analysis and not my latter, you are already paying outrageous amounts of money that you "work darn hard for" on enforcement. Wouldn't you rather pot-smokers pay YOU money through taxation?

no tar in pot so what exactly is the residue left behind in a pipe?

I think I have demonstrably shown you I do know what I am talking about. Since I have had to correct you , makes your last point a bit of a laugher.

But its all good.

Had you known anything about the industry you wouldn't be posting all that you are. You have corrected nothing, i have been correcting you.

Yeah, and weed doesn't do much for your driving habits either.

But I like to include these morsels for the easily sidetracked. It shows how easily people will try to draw attention away from their bogus arguments.

So, again, how does criminalization wind up saving you money?

Like I said before I would support decriminalizing it, if we scrapped government funded healthcare.

Proved you right that the central premise of your argument, that decriminalization would cost you money, is such a poorly thought-out idea, you would gladly change the subject as soon as you're given the opportunity.

There is nothing stopping Alberta from ending publicly funded healthcare to satisfy your needs.

Do you support criminalizing possession of trans-fats until we scrap government funded healthcare?

If allowing trans fats would make the fries at McDonalds

Well, the other two always tasted like crap, but I haven't noticed any loss of quality at McDonalds....in terms of fries that is...the loss of the crispy chicken has turned me away though.

There is not one recorded case in history of lung cancer in a cannabis-only smoker. THC kills cancer cells without affecting the surrounding healthy tissue. It is MOST effective at killing glioma(brain cancer), and breast cancer cells. Cannabis use stimulates the bodies production of TIMP-1, an enzyme that the body naturally produces that helps prevent the formation of Cancer cells. Cannabis stimulates the production of new brain cells in the hypothalmus of the brain, and increases production of Myelin, an interneural insulator. This makes it an effective treatment for nervous system disorders like epilepsy and MS.

Wasn't this thread supposed to be about the Conservatives breaking elections finance laws in an attempt to "BUY" the election, and then defraud taxpayers out of as much money as possible?

I think McD's and the other fast food places have switched over to nexera canola oil to do their frying in to get rid of the trans fats.

I don't eat fast food, so I can't comment on the taste. Nexera canola oil and fresh fish are pretty good, however nexera does taste different than other veg. oil. Some might like it, some won't.

Oh, I know they switched, but I didn't really notice any difference in the fries at McDonalds. I don't eat them much anymore though.

As much as I hate to quote indie movies, watch supersize me and watch all of the fun facts about fast food.

There get to be more and more lard asses walking around these days.

As much as I hate to say it, one thing about pot use that I've witnessed is I haven't seen a fat pot head.

I have a couple of theories about why that is. It is my belief that using cannabis helps to break certain barriers in the mind/body connection. The cannabinoid receptors in our body when "turned on" help our body to regulate some of our higher functions like metabolism. I believe that is also why cannabis seems so effective at treating such a wide variety of disorders. It seems to help your body to heal itself and encourages your body/mind to find irregularities that are causing problems, and correct them. That is why cannabis is effective at killing cancer cells but leaves surrounding tissue unharmed, your mind/body realizes that the cells aren't supposed to be there, and a process called aptosis kills the cancer cells. (by cutting off the blood supply to the bad cells and starving them to death.)

This is why when chemo patients smoke weed, their mind is better able to hear their body telling them that they need nutrition. I never smoked pot until I was in my 20's. I always had weight problems as a teenager(at least in that I was unhappy with my appearance and had low self esteem). Within a year of using pot semi-regularly I lost a good deal of weight slowly and without really noticing it happening. I don't get the munchies when I smoke pot, I just realize that it is water my body is asking for , not food. I am still physically fit to this day and now quite comfortable with my body and how I look. You don't see too many fat, or depressed potheads. Pot encourages a person to sit and really deeply contemplate their problems, to look inside themselves for solutions.

I think that pot makes a person instrospective , and makes its users feel more accepting of themselves and by extention more accepting of others. I think that a lot of people would benefit from this natural medicine. I think for some people the effect pot has on feelings of self-acceptance can actually help compulsive eaters, sad eaters, etc, to love themselves enough to take better care of themselves.
