Wow, thanks for the link, I had no idea. And after reading through those posts, it's pretty clear to me that the parade of personal attacks on Sarah Palin will drive women voters to McCain/Palin in droves. Thank you nutroots and leftwingers.

I don't, for the life of me, understand how anyone can be passionate about Hillary Clinton. There just isn't very much about her I would consider to be at all admirable.

Ditto.

I want to be in the class that ensures the classless society remains classless.

So, how did an annoying little shrike like Campbell Brown get a job in national broadcasting?

I am curious about her claim the abortion rights are protected by the constitution no matter what the president does with judges.

Any Americans want to comment on that?

To fly a plane, you need both a left wing and a right wing.

Yes, I agree. I'd love to hear from some of our pro-choice American posters, argue that abortion rights aren't protected by the constitution, thus rendering their scare tactics moot.

No one is asking for a Constitutional amendment forbidding abortion.

Hence, at most, there could potentially, possibly, after tremendous and long litigation, a Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe vs. Wade.

First, this would require the Senate accepting about two radical judges. Second, it would require the two radical judges remaining radical. Third, it would require the decision being referred to teh Supreme Court. Fourth, it would require five judges overturning a Supreme Court decsion of thirty years ago - a decision that is part of the US Constitution. Fifth, it would mean that the decision was sweeping.

Even then, the decision would only overturn Roe vs, Wade. Many states (about 40) would still allow abortion and many other states (about 20) would expressly permit it despite what teh federal government says.

At absolute worst, this would be a decision returned to the States. The current regime in America has existed under Reagan and both Bushes. It's not going to change now under McCain.

Abortion is a Democrat tactic. The Democrats under Obama are deperate to win

A democratic senate to boot. De Rothchilde is right. The abortion rights are non-issue even if McCain gets in dies in office.

Don't see why it should be any more difficult to understand than the passion people have for other political candidates. <_<

And don't forget Lady de Rothschild who claimed Obama was an elitist. Yes, de Rothschild . Saying someone else is an elitist.

Oh, and McCain is so focused on suspending his campaign to address an economical crisis that six days ago didn't exist because the economy was fundamentally sound, that he raced back to Washington to save the day, swooping in like the cavalry... errr, no, he had to swing by said de Rothschild's pad for a sit down. http://firstread.msnbc.msn.com/archive/200...24/1443629.aspx
