OK....but if it wasn't such a big risk, it wouldn't be a game worth playing. When I was a kid, I had a small nondescript mutt, but he was biologically intact. (Back then, dogs could teach a kid much about life's unanswered questions.) Whenever the females of his kind would come into "season", he would go nuts (pun intended) and run away for days, roaming with the pack and getting his ass kicked. I would ask him why he took such risks, but his only answer was a scratched up smile and a wagging tail.

May I speak on behalf of the dog? What he was saying was that he must survive - and sometimes extremism is a results of attempting to surive and keep a lineage going - panic...over kill etc..Bush - Rove and Cheney etc..were instructed by the family elders to keep the status quo stable - I think they over did it - that's all - they bit to hard - and barked to loud and often...but as a friend of mine said - after the dog offends ----IT IS NOT MY DOG.

No, I think that dog had a spirit that refused to play it safe because the potential reward was huge. That's how America works.....no balls...no blue chips. And there are plenty of other dogs chasing the same prize.

That's why we call it "running with the Big Dogs".

So it was similar to last week when my youngest son looked in my bed room window and saw me with an aging tall red haired stripper- who I was about to disrobe - he ran her off...felt like I was caught by my dad playing with a naive farm animal....boy am I luck the kid came along to curb my reward...it would have meant no more perks from my estranged wife who is stalking me with cash....yah - I am still a pirate- maybe someday I will be promoted to privateer.. Sometimes the reward for the dog can be so big that the dog chokes....

Sir William Shakespeare has aleady answered that question.

Thanks for the interaction - enjoyed your company - now I have to take the two dogs out of the daughters loft and let them do their buisness - for dogs they are great - the silly Beagle - and the noble talkative Spanish rabbit hound - ancient breed- Max - he bows when I enter the room - skinny tall mutt with a handsome face----always had Sheppards as a kid..never thought I would enjoy this gangly creature- the best dog I have ever met next to you ----just had to say that - Cheers my friend - off I go to the condememd collgate lot - they can't build on it because of poison soil - what the hell do they put in toothpaste anyway.. thanks - enjoy everyone.

The US has already been doing covert operations in Iran for the last couple years now.

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The Bush administration has launched a "significant escalation" of covert operations in Iran, sending U.S. commandos to spy on the country's nuclear facilities and undermine the Islamic republic's government, journalist Seymour Hersh said Sunday.

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,373407,00.html

It seems these articles rely on what Hersh has to say about the operations. However, I would not doubt that the US is doing covert operations in Iran. Just like the US is saying Iran is funding some terrorists groups in Iraq. I recall how effective the last round of covert operations in Iran were. That is what led to the hostage crisis. Overthrowing the leader of Iran and putting in a puppet. We saw how Iran reacted to that.

As to Alex Jones. Take him with a grain of salt, just like you would everything Bush has to say. Alex Jones is a loudmouth and quite the ranter. I do listen to him now and then, and do browse his websites. There is good information on there, just as with MSM sites, compare notes. Don't reject him outright, but at least pay attention to some of the things he is saying.

TOPAZ .. you gotta post links. Everything you do here is a drive by posting with nothing to back it up other than .. I HEARD something on the news. Dude, we all hear things. Link stuff, or don't post at all. Please.

Ya think? How does that make you feel? Should the US respect Iran's sovereignty right before bombing them?

Like you care, which you don't, besides, you would just say it is irrelevant anyways. A typical loaded question from you. You are a troller and love to fan the flames.

If you want your sovereignty respected down the road, you would want to respect others. But we know that will never be the case, and next time, I won't cry when you get another 9/11.

And I guess you think your posts are going to win a Pulitzer Prize?

Even your tears are irrelevant...and obviously you don't hold your own nation to the same standard.

Righto again Bushy... our government is just as messed up and corrupt. Geez we went over this many times that I agree with you here when you say CANADA is just as bad. I get it.

Hard to hold them to a standard when they keep lowering their own standards to say the job WAS well done.

Who says either are messed up and corrupt? That's your morality trip, not mine. All I'm saying is that they are not different.

Hard to hold them to a standard when they keep lowering their own standards to say the job WAS well done.

Then why do you bother at all? And how would you do it even if you could...by arguing with me?

I remember people talking about how America was going to attack Iran in 2006. It's not the fall of 2008, and I'm still waiting for the US to attack Iran.

Jeeze Topaz when is the US going to bomb the country?
