Well alot of us found out that life is far from what we saw on that program or Ossie and Harriet, which Ricky and his music was the best thing on that show. The Nam war and the 60's made what we have now. A very out of control world in every aspect, and we only have our memories and our dreams then wake up to someone throwing shoes at a US president!!! I went to an art opening and their was this atheist socialist artist displaying his works - the were fine paintings - but he had cross breed humans with animals and it was very disturbing and destructive. In his mind he wished to show that humanity are less than animals and are to be held in contempt - the work was ozzing uglyness...This is the secualarist agenda - to debase us to the lowest level - then control though engineering - problem - they are not that smart to re-create the world as they would like to see it - they will damage what we have and create chaos and suffering. The US Constitution guarantees freedom OF religion, NOT freedom FROM religion. If this single college student twit is so terribly offended, then he should take it upon HIMSELF to withdraw from the class. Take you're secularist crap elsewhere. You know, under normal circumstances, I would be the guy saying "hell yeah, get religion out of the schools"...but based on what I've read on this issue, it really does sound like this student has a pickle up his or her posterior about this issue. The professor might be treading on potentially touchy ground, but come on -- tolerance counseling? As lately as 20 years ago the Church was still running abusive Indian Residential Schools and to this very day the Catholic Church has refused to apologize fully and disclose the graves of hundreds of children who died under their care. Then as pointed out previously we still have lots of pedophiles, adulterers and drunks not only thriving in the priesthood but protected by a papal order. The Church is the least of the Holy in this world and use their money and power to influence states to commit murder and genocide. The Catholic Church has a long history of abusing the public in countries all over the world. There is no "liberal assault" on the Church or religion. There is an on-going revelation of the exact nature of the atrocities and abuses that the Church and different Christian sects have issued over the year.
