Right now youth unemployment is at an all time high....why not entice these people into the trades schools with some incentives...I know it is a wild idea...to wild for the left... I know you lefties have a soft spot for drugies and welfare queens...But ya what would be wrong with putting welfare queens to work for their benefits...or giving those living in tent city a job....and the addicts force them into treatment.. They have a program here in Fredericton where donors donate money so trades can build tiny homes, on provincial land, their community has guide lines, you get a tiny home free of charge, but you have to contribute to the community, like mowing the grass, keeping the community clean, keeping drugies and criminals away, or work at several of the communities shops or services...It alone is not going to solve our homeless situation , but well over 100 people now own their own homes, and off the street and most are drug free now....to get your own home you have to get on a drug program...

We may need them but at what cost to the country, we have failed to keep up with our immigration numbers on our Infra structure of all types, we won't need them if we can't fix those problems first....and right now i don't think we can do both...

Following orders is not an excuse for doing something illegal....That was dissolved back in the Nurnberg trails of Nazi Germany..."every" soldier is reasonable to ensure all orders they carry are legal....or face the full weight of the justice system....Every level of command has a responsibility to ensure ALL orders received are legal...right down to the private on the ground... If these orders were illegal then they would have been discovered at much higher levels than your stating...room full of lawyers or military JAG officers would have looked over the orders gave the thumbs up or down....Me and you can only speculate at what the laws are or what they are not....But be ensured your government gave the green light only after it was determined to be legal... Every western nation does this on a daily basis, including Canada across the globe...the war on terror has made this process pretty common....and in the case on US military they do this sh!t all the time....this time it made the media, because your government wanted it to....to send a message....we did this and we will do more, any time we want...Ask yourselves this why ? would they release the footage of the attack if they thought it was illegal...why open themselves up to that grief...

Did the UN set a date on how far we have to go back, some of our own treaties go back to the 1700's/ 1800's...I ask because this could rewrite the entire history of the globe, and redraw maps every where... and why has Canada been selected as the test case... And with our population growing in leaps and bounds, this is going to be a constant problem of Canadians on unceded land....so what is the solution to buy that land off them, what about private land does the government pay for that land to be transferred back to our indigenous people... Do you feel bad Michael about what our fore fathers did or did not do...do i have to own my entire families tree worth of rights or wrongs....State of California recently decided to make reparations to black Americans for being slaves....and yet these same Californians never owned slaves ,and the black Americans getting paid were not slaves....kind of like paying child support to a women you never meet , never had sex with....

We are still not on the same page with past treaties, why should we make new treaties....Why do we need treaties , for what exactly...and where does this stop, do we make treaties with any other racial group, LGBTQ groups, white people groups....either we are a nation called Canada or we are not....it is starting to look like we have added an addition level of government Local, provincial, federal and Native which in itself has dozens of levels...and we really wonder why it is so difficult to get anything done in this country... Educated in which way, and how would any of that translate into modern jobs we have now....could they be surgeons, lawyers, pilots..... I'm sure we could learn from anyone, but in todays world what are we going to take from yester years indigenous people....we automatically assume they are great stewards of the land, great conservationists, one with the land....and yet there are plenty of examples of them being nothing of the sort. That many are just as greedy as the rest of us and money drives everything..... I agree i think our indigenous people and Canada should renegotiate our entire existence and relationship with each other....stop relying on pieces of paper signed with the British in the 1700's...and put an end to the many tiers of being a Canadian....and have one class, with everyone having the same rights , same opportunities, same everything....disband reserve, disband any special rights we and they have....to fishing, hunting, land titles, not paying taxes... join the rest of the globe and be treaty as one people.....This country is already divided into to many groups....it is time to either come together or shake hands and divide this nation into smaller pieces.....

Have you thought about the consequences of having no education system capable with our nations...How do they get jobs/ careers outside of the reserve, would it not have made them more dependent on the government...i mean more dependent than they are today....We have done nothing of any substance for these people except make them totally dependent on our nations government or wards of the state........very few escape and carry on with normal a life outside the reserve....

If your going to make accusations then there should be a need for proof, that these children are in fact there....that should not be that hard to understand....it is done through our the globe....These children should be dug up and buried on Indian land with a proper burial by their own people....nothing disrespectful about any of that...

I just wonder where the indigenous people would be today without the governments direct involvement...Don't get me wrong it was not carried out very well, but was it the right decision ?but one has to ask, should we have left them all alone on the reserves, would they have educated themselves, and would it have been acceptable to the rest of the world... I ask because they are a minority in this country, and if they wanted to escape life on the reserve how would they do that if they were not educated...

He makes some very bleak statements in regards to our nations fiscal health. Our federal debt to GDP ratio is projected to raise above 43 % in the medium term... Calling it unstainable...he is calling for reduced budgets or higher taxes...and cutting of programs....which his message and Carneys message are in to different directions...so who blinks first, does the interim guy looking for another job , or does Carney switch directions ?... Which brings into question the PM plans, he is being touted that he is a fiscal god, a banker, the guy that will put Canada back on track, turning us into a energy superpower....But no where in Carneys plan is there any mention of reduce spending...but rather investing more into our future....spend , spend...How will this effect our energy superpower plan, or our new promise to invest in our military...not to mention all the other promises government like to make... I wonder how liberals are taking this news, ignoring it. Nothing to see here....I can't imagine that cutting programs will go over very well for liberal voters....not sure how they will take increase taxes ? Now that the honey moon is almost over and liberals are slipping in the polls, will Liberal voters start to question their vote ?....or is Carney on the right track and F...the budget officer.

Name a US product that has no other equivalent available in Canada....Your making it sound like this is mission imposable, sh!t the food stores label the products just so you don't have to guess....And if you don't want to switch manufactures then pay the FFING tariff...which would be the exception not the norm... And while Canadian consumers are going to have to pay the tarrifs , what it will end up doing is force Canadians consumers to change their buying habits...AND US manufactures will end up with no to little sales...that's who ends up with all the pain....just like our manufactures of steel and aluminum ...not sure why you can't see that ....You the consumer don't have to pay the tariffs if you don't buy that product....

This is really not that hard....Don't Fffing by American products that have tariffs on them...there are thousands of products on the market, pick something that is NOT made IN America to avoid the tariffs...why is that so hard to understand, Canadian stores will stop bring in these products and choose something other than American to sell... And if you love American products then keep buying them and PAY the tariffs...

You do know that tariffs accomplish a lot more than just rise prices on consumers...in this case they force Canadians to find cheaper products elsewhere meaning US producers are losing out on sales, no sales and no income...Not all Canadians are boycotting made in the US...now they would be forced...

This was Carneys chance to fix it....and his decisive decision was 1.3 bil.... which according to border services has not even arrived yet, there are NO new recruits being hired with this new funding....what did happen was the liberals rented 4 Blackhawk helos....I wonder what message that sends to trump....it's the big middle finger....
