The forum is much less convenient to use.

Skin and interface changes aside, please consider that the old IP.Board forum engine probably needed to be upgraded to a newer, supported version if only for security reasons.  Older eyes may have to play with browser font sizes and Zoom settings to read content and links more easily.

Give it some time, there are plenty of more features and the design is much cleaner than before.

Also, bush_cheney2004 is right, we had no choice but to upgrade, the older version of the forum was a security risk.
