That's this forum in a microcosm: protracted arguments primarily caused by the same 3 or 4 posters who are unable to comprehend what others are writing, adamantly insisting that something else entirely was intended.

It's all coming from the same taxpayers. If that money is being used to misrepresent where the other money is or is not being spent, it's certainly germaine to the topic being discussed.

You should read up on the Mexican Revolution. It wasn't an aboriginal uprising, it was a populace of mixed race that no longer wanted to answer to Spain.

There can be many possible reasons. If they don't qualify for it, if they don't actually formally apply for it, if they refuse to provide documentation of how it will be spent. You can't just "spend" and make problems go away. funding has to be targeted, and it has to be documented. There is no evidence that is the case.

We see this every year. The money is there, readily available for FNs to use as long as they can document where it is spent. Many reserves will not allow even that level of financial scrutiny, so they never even apply for the money.

I saw Entourage on monday. It was a pretty fun movie, better than I expected. Much faster pacing than the TV show had, better character development, and also more Hollywood excess (for good and for bad). The story was self contained, so you did not have to have seen the show to understand everything that was happening. Ronda Rousey was particularly good in it, she had a much bigger role than I thought she would. Seeing Haley Joel Osment as an all grown up, scruffy, not very nice guy was pretty neat. It's not going to win any awards, but it's definitely worth seeing. The ending was pretty gay.

That's really what's going on is pretty much every case that lefties try to claim that the feds "cut" anything. All that really happened was they reduced layers of redundancy.

Everyone is more comfortable around people they understand. That's cultural, not racial. A white guy who speaks english will hang around the black guy who also speaks english before the other white guy who speaks french. The white guy who likes to talk about sports will hang around with the asian guy who likes to talk about sports before the white guy who likes to talk about sci-fi.

Different people have different degrees of difficulty dealing with their given situations. That doesn't change the fact that one must actually be accumulating assets to be wealthy.

Not what I said. I said if you don't get to keep it. Gross and net are not the same thing. You could be making big a large gross, but have expenses related to making that money that exceeds that income. You could have other expenses beyond your control as well.
