Hahahahah me too. I got the same call. They said I was about to be arrested for filing fraudulent tax return. I actually talked to the guy for a bit and had some fun him. He hung up when I told him I out of the blue that I knew where he lived and I was going to murder is whole family. I tried to call back but he didn't answer.

Why would you look at the average? Bush took ~5% unemployment and turned it into ~11%. Obama took the ~11% and turned it back into ~5%.

My guess is that the government sees political value in trotting out statements of military idolitry but at the end of the day they recognize that Canadians would benefit more from that money if it was spent on other things.
