i am sorry, what? evolution by definition involves genetics. culture may influence an individual's way of life, but not as much as genetics do. this can be confirmed through statistics in the united states, that blacks will have more children in general (and also more children in wedlock, teen age pregnancy, etc), yet they all come from the same american culture????
