How would you explain the physiological differences(Less brain surface area, thicker and heavier bone and mucle, ape-like face structure)? Difference in level of hormones? Genetics have clearly shown us that there are genes that makes one particular group of people superior over another. Whether you classify such differences as "race" is another thing, but the difference is there whether you like it or not.

We should cut off negroid/Australoid immigration. period. Genetics have revealed that negroid have genes that make the smell bad, have violent urges, etc, etc. Statistics also revealed that negroid's average mental capacity nears a mentally retarded white person's mental capacity. Similar is the case for Australoid, like Australia's aborigines. In turn, let's prioritize mongoloid and Caucasoid immigration. Those two races have shown to be capable of inventing, thinking, etc, etc. While native africans, australians, and americans lived in huts (and still do), mongoloids and caucasoids lived in castles, invented firearms, invented written languages, traded, and achieved scientific milestones. It is beyond me why Canada would accept negroids and australoids for immigration when science, history, and statistics clear confirm that those groups are not meant to be functional members of civilized societies. charter only governs the government <---> individuals. I thought this was common knowledge. If you want to challenge your company, then you have to do it through human rights commission. If you're a Canadian citizen, you should already know this. This kind of information is taught on all levels of high school curriculum here in Ontario.

Imagine for a second if Gilles Duceppe would be a head a national political party, a party whose roots can take no basis in British colonialism. Gilles Duceppe is one of the best politicians in Ottawa if not the best. Watch the way he manages his party, his cases, the interests of those he represents. Wouldn't it be more PC to have a Sino-centric (China, Vietnam, Korea, Japan) school rather than a Afrocentric school? In Canada, Asians are the "underrepresented minorities", not blacks.

If non-practical languages are to be taught in our schools, I only support Latin. At least Latin has academic value, where as native languages... Also, if kids are inclined to learn another language, there are Saturday schools that are operated by the school boards. Registration fee, I believe, is $20.

Riddle me this, after a facial re-constructive surgery due to a fatal accident.. Can you still use your unexpired passport despite the fact that you no longer resemble the photo? Tell me, if your face changed significantly-and of course naturally-that you no longer resemble your passport photo, why would it not occur to any sensible individual to make sure that the she can be identified as the holder of the passport? I have in fact travelled across Europe and Asia only with my passport. Because there is an undeniable resemblance between my passport photo and my actual face, I do not need to provide supplementaries to prove anything-which is exactly the way it should be. People may decide to get plastic surgeries to enhance their facial characteristics. Some may go through an accident, and some may simply change. I do not know which of the case applies in this case but it is undeniable truth that her passport photo do not resemble her actual face. can you link me to an article which list her list of I.D's and whether or not they contained photos that resembled her face? Moreover, there is always the possibility that more than one individual named "Suaad Mohamud", and do not forget about the possibility of forged I.D's. Because it is treason to attempt to undermine your government's actions and establish case law that will virtually grant any terrorists free entry to Canada

So what are you saying, that I can use anybody's passport despite the differences in facial characteristics that might be present? The government acts on behalf of its people. Let us assume that this person that was denied travel was not Ms. Muhamud, but an imposer-a terrorist-which she might as well have been considering the documented difference of her facial characteristics with her photo. The government was simply doing what it must do to ensure the security of its citizen in Canada. If Ms. Mohamud wins this case, then it will terrorists all over the world will have a free pass to enter Canada. Hence, it is right that Ms. Mohamud must be prosecuted for treason-for attempting to establish a precedence that undermines the government's security procedures to allow terrorists to gain entry to this country. The Canadian High Commission was simply doing its job. I honestly hope that the judge who will reside over this case isn't a liberal nutcase like you.
