Toronto Subway and RT has only 69 station and 68.3 kilometer length. After years and years of quarrel, it can not make any longer, because of lack of money? Is it talking about the largest city in Canada? It sounds like a 3rd world country. Many 3rd world countries has much longer subway lines: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_metro_systems Why this can happen? The reason is not surprise at all in Canada, the nation of monopoly. No competition, no matter in health industry, in internet/telephone, or in many other places. People from no matter what other country have no right to do what they are good at, most of them can only be physical labour, even he had been a doctor for 20 years in his home country.

Ontario spend over 1 billion each year on CAS to bully innocent people: http://www.mapleleafweb.com/forums//index.php?showtopic=16148&view=findpost&p=527258&hl=&fromsearch=1 http://www.mapleleafweb.com/forums//index.php?showtopic=13562&view=findpost&p=767658 Close any one or two of its 54 branches will be enough to do something meaningful like this lab.

You may as well ask what the price of apples has to with paint stripper. Your answer was wrong. I have another answer, I think it is better than yours: Lots of legislation are there just for the interest of the legal industry. The industry need more easy to catch "criminals" to reduce its cost and increase its revenue. When the shop owner catches the thief, thieves are existing criminals, protect them will keep the existing revenue, sue the shopkeeper will increase the crime revenue so that the legal industry will gain more tax dollars. In CAS cases, CAS keep catch more and more weak housewives, hardworking people, kids. those are very easy to deal people, cops can be very easy to be a hero in face of such weak ordinary citizens. And have no danger compare with real criminals such as murders, robbers, and others. CAS is very helpful to generate more "criminals" and effectively and efficiently increased the legal industry revenue. That is the reason that the legal industry love them and welcome they take more and more tax dollars and charity dollars.

Then, why you spent time to post 4 comments talk about me, when a human rights violation happens on your fellow Canadian? Obviously, you thought my post is more important than a case about a Canadian citizen's human rights. If this does not reveal the fact that you don't care about freedom and human rights, what you really care is only about how to blame others, what else can this be explained?

I don't know where did you get that rumor. But is that the reason that Canadians should be treated like the previous report: http://www.torontosun.com/2012/02/25/arrested-dad-wants-answers-after-daughter-draws-gun-pic ? Is that the reason that you believe that Canadians should live under the bully of schools, CAS, and cops? Is that the reason YOU BELIEVE that Canadian should not have freedom and human rights?

Again, it shows clearly that western "democracy" is a lie, "since very few people even knew about this special power", but when and how does it "in place long before"? why "few people knew" things can be a law and people need to pay tax for it? How many other such kind of "secret" laws are there to rob your tax dollars and bully you from time to time? See? What kind of freedom western nations have. So, study human right situation in your own country before blame others. "democracy", "freedom", "human rights", all are lies in western developed countries.

Most new legislation are against most Canadian's interest. They cares only about the interest of legal industry. i.e. cops and courts and jails. How to educate children are the duty of parents and schools. There are plenty of dangerous situation in the real world. Laws can not remove all bad content in the world. The result of the new legislation is only take more tax payer's money and make more bully cops and make more innocents "criminals". How many percent of murder's have been caught? Cops should do that first before they start to bully people. BTW, I believe the violent scenes in movies and TVs everywhere are more dangerous than just a naked picture like Cupid which has been existing for hundreds of years and who have think it has any harm to children. Only when connect it to bad behavior will do harm, those connection are usually created by the legal industry.

Toews says we support Child Pornographers
bjre replied to olpfan1's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
This is why I call western politicians liars. Anything they accuse China or any other country, they did it themselves. The difference is, China did it for most people's interest, western politicians did it for several huge interest groups that support themselves. -

That all political liars likes to say. So, if there is one criminal in the world, all people's freedom should be take away; all people should be treat just as the criminal. That's what western style "freedom" all about. Someone reported that there is a child pronographer, cops could not find him, so they want check everyone's communication to make sure you are not the child pronographer. Compare this case, which is same: Someone report that there is a murder with a gun, cops could not find him, so they want everyone naked walk in the street, so that they can make sure you are not the murder. Otherwise, you are stand with the murder. That is the logic, in a place that it is said people have "freedom". -

For a minority gov, no one dare to trade with China, for fear of lost position, even it is profitable for Canadians. For a majority gov, each know it is time to take some Chinese dollars for Canada.

Oil sales, human rights on Stephen Harper’s agenda in China
bjre replied to mentalfloss's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
From your post I can see, actually, you know nothing about China. You are just another one who want to cost my time again. I have many post talking about this topic. You can search forum to find it. There are much more newspapers, TV/radio stations, magazines, books in China than here in Canada. Even now, I buy most books either from US or from China, not in Canada. I also watch BBC, ABC, listen VOA sometimes when I was in China. Especially VOA special English in a slow speed to improve my English listening skill. I used infoseek, yahoo, altervister to search in the web before I know google and later I use Baidu quite often. Before Falun Gun used by US as anti-China tool, several my friends practice it. After that, they practice other things like TaiJi and hundreds of others. They are very well now in China, now one of my friend even become a leader of a department of one of the top Universities in China. Now, Falun Gun, most oversea Chinese know it is just one of the CIA supported anti-Chinese governement organizations whose work is create rumors for a little small money. When you search google for lot of other things, it appeared on the top of the result, see how corporate media work with CIA to fool you? -

http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/bc-aboriginals-ask-china-to-raise-human-rights-issues-with-harper-on-pms-visit/article2328592/ Aboriginals from British Columbia have asked China's president to quiz Prime Minister Stephen Harper on Canada's human rights record during his visit to the Asian country. The Yinka Dene Alliance, a group of five First Nations that represent several thousand people in north-central B.C., has sent open letters to Chinese President Hu Jintao and to the Chinese media. “We are writing to you to request that you raise our human rights concerns with Canada's prime minister, Stephen Harper,” says the letter to Mr. Hu. “From previous reports we know that Prime Minister Harper always challenges your country on the human rights record.” Sing Tao, Hong Kong's second-largest newspaper with offices across Canada, confirmed it will be covering the story through its Vancouver bureau. The letter to Mr. Hu has been sent to his office as well as to the Chinese embassy in Ottawa. -

Economy is economy, human rights is human rights. Besides, I don't think Canada's human right situation is better than China. Here are two of previous posts: Are you free in Canada? http://www.mapleleafweb.com/forums//index.php?showtopic=15225&view=findpost&p=475395 So you still think you have human right and freedom? http://www.mapleleafweb.com/forums//index.php?showtopic=16681&view=findpost&p=555437
