Just out of curiosity I have to ask; how the hell did you get that? Personnel records are classified documents and as such not for public dissemination. If someone did in fact publish them they would be subject to prosecution. As I said, just curious about this as it seems a bit unlikely.

Care to provide a cite or some kind of link to back that up? Or is it just more juvenile ranting and hot air? The simple fact is that no western democracy can come anywhere even close to China when it comes to human rights abuses and environmental destruction. It doesn't surprise me at all. Being realistic as opposed to idealistic I realize that some cops will engage in abuse of authority. we have a few around here who do just exactly that in fact.
