It might be new to you but not to some of us who have lived in the Middle East and witnessed it. I saw kids as young as 5 and 6 being used as decoys back in the early 70's in Gaza. Not just children, preganant women, the disabled, the elderly, mentally ill in the name of Islam. Only this time, they can't blame Israel for the behaviour. Or will they. Irbil has been quiet since before the war --- it is in the NE section of Iraq which has been and continues to be under the control of Kurds. It is also the area of the country Saddam never controlled and finally, it is that part of Iraq where Al Qaeda had been and continues to be welcomed and aided --- so, general, after over half a million dead in Iraq, Irbil is just as safe as it was in 2001 - and Americans really don't even go there so, 'Mission Accomplished 2007' ????

Infact there has been an invasion and Clinton and the dems want to use it to ram through government health care and jack up taxes. When she, Clinton tried to get government insurance in when Bill was president there was a huge backlash from Americans and the whole idea fell by the way.
