They claim they can test for sobriety by drivers that are stoned. Why could this not apply here? You can't arrest someone for DUI for being stoned within the last 14 days.

1) where are you getting this 'clerk' issue from? 2) these cases are not going to 'court' they are being heard by a 'tibunal'. 3) If these people could have sued criminally or civily, they would have - they didn't which tells me their lawyers told them they would lose and be liable to a counter suit. 4) The 'process' I was talking about getting rid of are these tribunals themselves. Levant has no opportunity to counter sue here within this process. This is risk free badgering by the 'offended'. Get it yet?

Agreed, however the test should be for if they are high at work - not if they ever get high on their own time. Currently the tests are for the latter and I fundamentally do not agree with that.

There should be no precendents and legel loopholes to allow a clerk to even see a complaint like this in the first place. Please do try and keep up.

I'm not arguing FOR subsidies, in fact I would like to see them dramatically lowered - nothing would help Africa to come to grips with poverty than the collective lowering of farm subsidies. But to argue that Canada do it in isolation from the USA and the EU is well, just dumb. They have been negotiating this for a long time now. Do not confuse your disdain with farmers in general with being 'against subsidies'. They are an ugly fact of life. I for one think having the strategic ability to grow alot of your nations own food is pretty important. Nothing wrong with the 'process' when it is not used by complaintants as a means to an ends in and of itself. Sometimes the 'process' is the goal. The complaintant wants to 'process the crap' out of the defendant hence limiting the defendants right to free speech. You are so far buried in the process you are forgetting your role in society. wrong. Japan could have directly helped the Germans by attackign Russia from the East making Russia the one with a war on two fronts instead of Germany. It would have fundamentally changed the war, to the Axis immense benefit.

Question: Does the General believe that the recent purchases of equipment made by the current government has done much to help the 'rust out' that has been plaguing the armed forces? What would the general recommend be in line for the next step in replacement kit for the military with an eye on available tactics we currently use and tactics we should/would like to be able to use . WW1 and WW2 might not have been won without America. They certainly wouldn't have been won when they did - without them. Anyone who denigrates their contributions has a fatal case of Anti-Americanism and is a sad sad person. The fact that Canadians were great war makers has no correlation with America's contributions.
