The police did the right thing here and their response was appropriate. I usually do not agree with the police actions but in this instance I do 100%. If these people aren't happy in Canada may be they should go back to Afghanistan and live there instead. Perhaps all Canadians should disrupt the Muslim prayers at mosques and see how they like it. Are new immigrants instructed that they are allowed to disrespect out traditions and customs when they come to Canada? That they need not respect us at all? I have watched a lot of those videos that show Muslims cutting the heads off of people they deem the enemy. I am an infidel and I am disabled which makes me a great double target in their eyes. This is why I am afraid of them. I am afraid that they will one day jump on me and pull me into their mosque where they will drag me to the killing floor. Once there they will make a video of killing me. First screaming in another language then cutting my head off with a knife as I've seen many times before in countless videos. If this scenario doesn't scare you guys then you are all much braver than I.

I don't think a far right government would be good for Canada. It would only be a matter of time before this absolute power would corrupt absolutely. I wouldn't want Canada to be come like the "V for Vendetta" movie. Cool movie but I don't want to live like that where government controls everything. I like some freedom in my life. Plus these nationalist people would probably kill me because I am disabled. They view the disabled to be diseased people but I am a person who has something to contribute. Why do non believers always seem to think that believers have to prove God exists to them? Sort of like the believer is forced to prove it. I simply do not care who believes in God and who doesn't. Religion is a personal thing so why not let it be personal? Why must the non believer always seek to embarrass the believer instead of allowing the believer to believe in peace? Live and let live, that's what I say.

I will interested to see if some of Obama's supporters continue to vocally be against the Jews and in turn Israel. I posted a video in the OP that clearly shows Obama fans and voters vocalizing their apparent dislike/distrust of Jews and of Israel. This sort of attitude needs to be nipped in the bud right away before some dangerous ideas form. Where a dislike for Jews and Israel exists so does a liking and support for Islam and Muslims. people in the video have mentioned supporting Palestine over Israel. Palestine is controlled by Hamas which is a world wide recognized terrorist organization. These are dangerous attitudes that are becoming more and more common place. I have mentioned before that I am a disabled person who is on assistance and feel defenseless against groups of people if they should choose to attack me because of my disability. I wouldn't be capable of fending them off and they could easily overtake me. I am scared sometimes in the neighborhood when the mosque has the music in not English then all the Muslims come to the mosque. When they pass by me they always look at me and talk about me, I think they do this due to my disability. Some of the women have their heads covered completely with only eye holes showing and it's scary. OMG it's spooky to see them walking towards me and not speaking. I always wonder if this is the end of my life, if they will attack me now. I also find it scary that all the nations who had uprisings in the Arab Spring that Obama and many leftist organizations supported are now in power and bringing Sharia Law with them. Islamic Law is the same law that Iran has, we do not need more nations embracing this sort of law as it dehumanizes women and outlaws homosexuals among other things. I strongly believe in gay rights and the rights of women , these new regimes will only serve to weaken those groups and marginalize them. These are scary times ahead and I don't know what to do.

I think that many teachers themselves do a good job teaching our young children but of course some out there take advantage of the union. Sometimes it seems to me like the unions are too powerful. Every few years they seem to want to strike. Maybe it's time for the government to make some rules regarding Unions and what they can and cannot do. Maybe some forced, binding arbitration before the contract expires would help.

Does it need to be replaced? In some areas non whites are the majority, will new AA legislation cover this? Maybe people could get by on their own without help from the government. I don't know maybe they can't.

I remember the Liberals wanting to enact Sharia Law in Ontario I even remember a vote on the subject. I don't share a cheery outlook on this. Sharia Law is not good for Canada and is not good for any province. Sharia Law is dangerous and people should be scared of it. It is homophobic and values women less then men. For people who do pray they know that one cannot really pray for direct benefit. One cannot really pray for things but instead for guidance and things along those lines. Indirect sort of requests.

I don't think anyone is proposing forcing people to pray, nor is anyone offering scientific proof of prayer. If you don't want to pray BubberMiley then don't pray. I don't see how ridiculing and patronizing those who pray as being helpful. Even internalizing ones thoughts and reflecting can be seen as prayer even though one isn't necessarily praying to a 'God" per se.

Praying for the mayor and praying to the mayor are two separate things to be fair.I don't see the harm in people including crime reduction into their daily prayers for those that do pray. I'm fairly certain that the chief isn't simply going to sit back in his office doing nothing but praying, which is what is trying to be portrayed by those who are seemingly dishonest.

To the untrained eye it would appear that this is just another sentencing of a criminal but upon closer inspection we can see that this film maker who made the video depicting the prophet Mohammad as a pedophile and womanizer was punished for exercising his first amendment rights. Is this the beginning of what is to come later on? Has the court started a precedent for punishing those who criticize Islam? This truly scares me. If they are already sending messages that criticism of Islam will not be tolerated in the US how long will it be before the same restriction is made in Canada? I don't understand what it is about Islam that makes it the pet project of so many in power. Will Canada make efforts to enact Sharia Law again? I want to know the new Premier's position on this issue before the next election. This is scary and dangerous to many people who are homosexual and who are disabled and may not be able to fight off an attack.

I find almost anything to do with Islam to be scary to me. Where I live I am seeing more and more Muslims and more and more of those mosques with those things that look like gun turrets. Every so often throughout the day there is music coming from them in another language and then people go to the mosque. it is scary for me. Some of the women who go there have their entire faces covered except for two eye holes and this scares me very much, it looks so spooky and very scary. I wonder if they are planning to kill me when I pass by because I am disabled. I cannot afford to move away, I hope that the police will protect me from them if they decide to attack me because I am disabled. So it scares me when I hear about people saying that the President will make it illegal to say anything bad about any religion. We need to be free to criticize everything or else we will become oppressed. Since I am disabled i will be the first to be killed off and I am living in constant fear right now.

Now that Obama is once again President of the United States more accusations come to light questioning his heritage and Muslim upbringing. Let's put these to rest first, Obama is a Christian , is an American citizen and was born in America. I don't want to talk about that. The Muslim Brotherhood is the group that many people right and left were cheering for, the left were arguably even more vocal but both sides had supporters and now we see the true aims of the Muslim people who struggle to make the world an Islamic world. That is the goal of Islam. To turn the entire world to Islam, for everyone to become a Muslim and to Islam to rule everything, every nation to be a Sharia Law nation. The word Jihad itself means "struggle" and this is the worldwide Islamic struggle for all Muslims. There is a call for all Muslims to join this Jihad and more and more Muslims in the west are joining in. I'm not passing judgement one way or the other just listing the facts. Now that the west supported Muslim Brotherhood wish to enact Sharia Law as their legal system I wonder if they feel as though they've really stepped in it now. Israel has never been proven, to my knowledge, to have publicly stated to have nuclear arms. It's widely accepted that they do have such arms but nothing has been made public about it so I don't see how a leader of a nation can ask such a thing of another nation. They very nearly had Sharia Law enacted in Ontario. This is very scary to me. I am a supporter of gays having equal rights as the rest of us and Sharia calls for the killing of homosexuals. I cannot live with this. Sharia law would make hand holding in public illegal as it is in many Sharia countries. We do not need this type of legal system in Canada. This is terrifying to me.

India is a dangerous place. Many of India's PM's have been assassinated or had attempts on their lives over the years. Plus the large bombing in Mumbai and Delhi last year as well should cause concern to any leader considering a visit. To simply ignore the very real danger would appear to be irresponsible of the RCMP, who are in charge of the PM's security in this country and abroad. If PM Harper was killed or even injured in India the amount of inquest and questioning of the RCMP would never cease. I think that they are choosing the lesser of two evils here.
