A couple of them had their sentences commuted by the POTUS because they cooperated without the need to be waterboarded. I'm now reminded of the Rosenbergs story as well. I'm gonna save us a lot of time and suggest to you that if those guys I cited were able to be classified as such that their constitutional rights could be taken away, that would have been done.
