At this point you aren't spinning. You are out and out lying. I have already shown you twice that this is a fact the party now admits to. Just what the hell is your problem in understanding this concept?
-
Corporate money was used to pay for something that is considered a donation. How is that NOT a corporate donation? Here we go with the "b-b-but we're not as bad as the liberals" BS. Well the Liberals didn't run a campaign on accountability and ethics either. As for saving the taxpayers money, I find that is a convienient excuse for trying to hide party funds. So only 3 people actually "over donated". Even if it were 500 people, I don't find that anywhere near as concerning as a political party trying to hide millions in funding. Ofcourse they will comply. What else are they going to do? Come right out and tell Canadians that the CPC thinks it is above the law? The CPC did not report funds that came into the party. They then denied this fact. What is there to spin? The spinning is coming from the CPC supporters who are trying to make this out as an unintentional error. This wasn't a misplaced comma or decimal point. Nor is it a case of entering the data on the wrong line.

So they freely admit it was unreported. Again you are proven wrong. Just for kicks: Disclose - to make something known publicly, or to show something that was hidden
-
Again, a big chunk of that was misreported as Electoral District Association funds as opposed to Party Head Office funds. Do explain how that is trying to *hide* anything? These funds wouldn't have been *found* so quickly if they hadn't been reported at all... I already showed you once it was UNreported not misreported. Don't make me embarass you again.

There were corporate credit cards used. I am much more concerned about a party trying to hide 3.5 million in funding, than I am in the money saved from a tax rebate.

Are you saying you are well versed in Canadian war time history? I'm not saying you are "dumber" just uninformed. Maybe geography is taught differently in the US, but please explain how Mexico is considered "overseas"? -

Yes. When the American dollar was worth almost 50% more than the Canadian dollar, it is not odd but smart business. Although, that could explain why you can't grasp it. Isn't it appropriate that "Who's Doing What?" is making comment on the strategy of criminal activity in Mexico. After all, who better qualified to comment than Mr. "Who's Doing What?"? What the hell are you talking about? Crack kills man, take it easy. Ok, then I will rephrase. On who (Mexican criminals) is doing what (criminal activity, especially who the MC want to steal from), who would be better qualified to comment than someone who is so confident on the subject (what people are doing) that he would name himself Mr. "Who's Doing What?". What the hell are you talking about? Crack kills man, take it easy. -

Ahhh, so a discussion of why Canadians where the flag and pins now lead to you proving the case by what worked 60 years ago. I guess I was unaware how Mexican thieves are renowned for their business knowledge? At what exchange rate does the saavy Mexican thieve start stealing from Canadian tourists again? What's with the personal insults? What a waste of time you are. I'm not going to explain the obvious to you any further. -

1. Did Canadians do more than others? I thought most of the allies fought pretty equally to establish and secure a free, democratic Europe. 2. I don't buy this. People don't carry around their native currency when overseas. A Canadian tourist and an American tourist hitting the silver markets in Mexico are each going to carry what they need (a few thousand in Mexican pesos) and leave the rest of their valuables at their hotel. 1. You are American so how would you know? The Americans didn't jopin until after Pearl Harbour. The Canadians fought right from the beginning. Go and read some Canadian war time history and you might begin to understand. The reputation the Canadians had in Europe was top notch bar none. 2. I didn't say overseas. -

I said "after" meaning recently after. When the generation that had been liberated was alive, and the memory of the Nazi's was still fresh. I'm sorry, I forgot you have trouble connecting the dots. How is it you don't already know this, when you seem to know everything? Yes. When the American dollar was worth almost 50% more than the Canadian dollar, it is not odd but smart business. Although, that could explain why you can't grasp it. -
Bull****!!!! It was precisely a typo you started to criticize me on. I find it ironic you can't even spell accountability. Certainly you can't recognize it or understand it. It was a simple typo and you jumped all over it. Don't backtrack and play innocent now.

Are you defending the gun registry performance or just being argumentative with Saturn? -
I'll remember to jump all over you the next typo I see. Totally lame. You think a person has to be perfect gramatically to have a valid idea or point of view. Get Real! Cheating is cheating. Ofcourse unless you're are a Consevative supporter and the Conservatives are the ones cheating. They never reported it. Not a different oppinion, a blatant disregard.
-
Unreported????? Undisclosed????? Get real. Re-classified. i.e. it was classified incorrectly. It was reported. LMFAO They just admitted to not reporting it. Time to come out of the oven 'cause you're done.
-
They admitted to disclosing the donations and other funds incorrectly. What I would want is for you to stop swearing and deal with this situation honestly. Something tells me I am not going to get what I want. Let me re-post part of the article for you since you are obviously having comprehension issues. Unreported????? Undisclosed????? Get real.
-
So instead of providing proof you swear at me and question my sexuality? Good work. You sir, epitomize the inellectual honesty of the Canadian Left. Proof? They ****ing admitted to not disclosing donations and other funds. what else do you F'n want?
-
There is no proof it was a deliberate action. Provide some and I will take a look. I'm sorry but you calling it a deliberate action does not make it so. Corruption is always a concern for voters. A differing interpretation of the Elections Act is not corruption. Provide some actual proof of corruption. The Liberals were proven to be corrupt by Justice Gomery. *Nobody* is alleging corruption over this issue. I take it your ignoring my question means you have *never* read the Elections Act. Holy ****, you are serious waste of time and space. Whatever, enjoy your man crush on Harper, with your double standard for what is right and wrong.
-
It was not a mistake it was a deliberate action. Why is this so hard for you grasp? If I am repeating myself it is only because you have repeated the same lame argument. So you really believe that Liberal corruption is a concern for voters but CPC corruption is unimportant? Nice world of double standards you live in.
-
I find it sad, when blindly partisan Harper-haters continue to misrepresent the facts. The Conservatives were not hiding anything. A big chunk of the funds were reported as belonging to individual electoral district associations instead of the party HQ. All were reported. No fraud in the way they were reported. No advantage to the way they were originally written. If the funds were hidden it would have take far longer than 8 months to uncover the alleged deception. Holy crap man, take off the blinders of hate. Canadian political parties rely on volunteers to do much of the grunt work, including the legal work. The issues surrounding the changes to the Elections Act were pretty complex. Mistakes happen all the time in the law and accounting. Nobody from Elections Canada or the Media has alleged fraud in this case. If it didn't serve their needs, or profit them in some way, why did they do what they did?
-
Using 4 different methods of trying tro hide money from elections Canada is NOT a "mix-up". Funny the CPC thought party corruption was something the average voters cared about last election. Just because it's the CPC now, you think that it is any different? How deluded.
